Those foolish Grandmas , Aunts
And their yellow pastes , made her feel brown.
Those Moms who taught their girl "Guys only like girls
Who are fair and lovely" , made her feel brown.
Those boys who trolled her in public
Because oh her complexion , made her feel brown.
Those irritating, useless, heart-breaker names
like "BLACKY or COAL" , made her feel brown.
Those skin whitening product advertisements saying
"Fair skin is success" , made here feel brown.
Those resists who comments "Being dull, how can you be
so confident" , made here feel brown.
Her skin tone isn't dusky or black,
You made her feel brown .
BE ORIGINAL, BE YOU AND LOVE YOURSELF! YOUR SKIN TONE DOESN'T DEFINES YOU, BUT YOUR CONFIDENCE DO. SPREAD LOVE AND LOVE ALL COLOURS.
