Bridgeport, Conn.Dearest sir,
I am in complete comprehension as to why you must decline my offer as I cannot imagine a showman such as yourself to be anything but busy.
The proposition you made in you prior letter about me attending one of your shows, already has me excited and I cannot wait to see what you and your companions have in store.
The following dates are some of those that would fit the best in contemplation of my schema:
November 13th or 14th
November 20th
December 4th or 5thI hope at least one of those will turn out to be useful as I myself am a tad bit occupied at the time being with other work. Please, feel free to suggest other dates that would be more appropriate if for any reason those mentioned above, should not work.
Faithfully,
Paul Bent.
