Draco was currently at the top of the rigged mountain him and Hermione were climbing and Hermione had about 1ft to go to get to the top and was finding it difficult.

" no I'm not ! I'm miles away Malfoy help please "

" Granger it's okay look , Granger look at me okay just look at me , don't focus on anything else just look at me and climb" for once Draco actually showed a very comforting and charming smile while looking down at Hermione.

Hermione started to make her way when her foot slipped and she for sure thought that she was going to fall until she felt a firm grip on her wrists and was rugged upwards.

" I HATE YOU!, why would you make me do that I told you I hated heights " Hermione shouted slightly sobbing.

She was trying to focus her breathing and calm down but nothing was working and Draco noticed that so, out of nowhere he pulled her into his arms and held her close to his chest , even Draco was confused to why he had done it , she just looked so vulnerable.

Back at school he would have loved seeing her like this he would love to throw any insult or hurtful comment at her that he could think of but now he felt horrible for even making her come with him today.

Noticing Hermione had calmed down a bit he spoke up " look Granger , I'm sorry I made you do that and I genuinely feel horrible , I guess I just wanted to help you get over your fears and to be honest I was going to push you in the black lake at the other side of the mountain" Draco thought he had just made her more mad but then out of nowhere he heard a slightly cracked chuckle coming from below his chin.

" your an idiot Malfoy"

" ye A handsome idiot , wait what time is it ?"

Hermione checked her phone "5.57pm, why?"

" perfect come over here and just watch "

The sun was settling over the mountains and the trees creating a beautiful scenery.

" wow , Malfoy this is beautiful"

Draco looked down at Hermione her brown eyes sparkling and freckles sprinkled across her rosy cheeks and smiled.

" it sure is "
