"Good morning, Professor, I'm sorry I was just here to submit my project," Hoseok said quietly to his professor who seemed busy. She looked up and smiled at him, motioning him to place on one of the tables on the back row. Hoseok glanced at the back of the room and made his way through several easels and canvases.

There were a bunch of tables and easels- all of them displaying work that students had done. There were several sculptures too, some small enough to be placed on the window sill and some so tall that they had to be placed carefully along the wall at the back.

Hoseok nervously placed his artwork on the remaining space on the wooden table, careful not to ruin someone else's work.

He walked back to his professor leant away from her computer to speak to him.

"Hoseok, your last few works have been brilliant," She says with a smile, which Hoseok returns.

"If this project turns out to be just as brilliant- you may be selected to display your art in the art exhibition in the city," Hoseok's eyes widened. The exhibition was held every year. And every year Hoseok would go there to admire the different works. The thought of his own work being amongst them was surreal to him.

"What?" He said in surprise- which was the only thing he could think of saying with all the questions running his mind.

"It might be your chance to grow more as an artist- since several people will be there. I'm really proud of your work- you have improved a lot and I think that you should now be exposed to a scenario like this. Since you're a student- i would love for you to have this experience."

"Thank you so much!" Hoseok smiled widely at her, his eyes sparkled with the utter bliss that he has gotten further than what he was and all that it took to bring him there. His heart was racing and he was so full of disbelief that he hadn't completely registered what the situation was.

His professor just laughed "That is only if your work is good enough," she reminded him, raising her eyebrows. Hoseok nodded furiously.

"I know, and I'm sure it will be good," he replied with a wider smile, even though a small part of him sunk in worry and he doubted whether his work was good enough or not.
