A Christmas Miracle [L.M]

Chapter 3

It was winter, right before Christmas Eve in Seoul. People were walking around buying their gifts while some were outside waiting for a Music Show to start. But something that was easier to see was students who walked around with a book infront of their face. Apparently they studied while walking home too.

"Shownu! I don't know what's up with Hailey.. She's acting really weird. Yes we're on our way right now." Wonho said. Hailey looked at him still in shock after what happened. He was real, and Korea was real.

"Excuse me, but how do Shownu know who I am?" She asked quite confused. He turned his head towards her while dropping the phone.

"Don't play pranks on me please! We've been best friends since forever, pumpkin" He said. She looked at him and crossed her arms.

"I do not like it when you call me pumpkin, so please stop!" She commanded. He grinned at her answer and picked up his phone while slowly bursting out in laughter.

"Okay you're pranking me! I know for a fact you're playing a joke since you reacted on the pumpkin word, pumpkin"

"If you say pumpkin one more time, I'll have to kill you. And I do not remember any of this. All I know is that I'm American and loves Monsta X" She said. He laughed and looked out of the window with an amusing smile on his lips.

She looked around in the van and counted the seats, and then directed her eyes back on Wonho. A thought went back to Meli who seemed to get all excited when Wonho came. She wanted to know more about Meli.

"So, why isn't Meli here with us?" Hailey asked. Wonho turned his eyes towards her and seemed to be thinking for a moment. He sighed and looked out before speaking.

"She's not allowed around us on schedule since the fans doesn't know about her. They know that you're our best friend, and that's why everyone tries to be your best friend at school. And you're parents are close to our CEO which means that you have free pass to the company" He said with a smile on his lips. Hailey nodded and suddenly sat up.

"Wait.. Does this mean that I'll be able to meet Minhyuk for real?" She asked.

"Uh yeah ofc.. But he's busy with dancing practice like the others, so please don't fight with him today" He said as the car parked on the driveway. Hailey looked out noticing a building with fans outside. She looked at it with excitement as the manager opened the door.

It was a normal street in central Seoul with buildings around, but not too high as the ones seen on Google. She looked at the door before someone pulled her towards the entrance.

"You can't stand there all day" Wonho said as he pulled her inside. She sighed and crossed her arms once again as she became irritated at his fast moves. He seemed to be in a hurry which made her bite her lip in frustration.
