The Beach Day

THE BEACH DAY

(Otabek's POV)

Yuri and I were on our way to the beach when all of a sudden we hit a ton of traffic on the freeway that lead to the beach. Even when we weren't moving (since the traffic was so bad) Yuri still gripped my hips very tightly.
"Are you good back there Yura?"

"Yeah I'm ok," Yuri said with a shaky and nervous voice.

We started to move again and the traffic was actually starting to clear up. As soon as we started driving again Yuri gripped around my hips once again but even tighter than before when we weren't even moving. We finally got to the parking lot that was near the boardwalk and the shore and we got off my bike, took off our helmets and left them on my bike. Yuri and I were walking quite closely together as we walked towards the shops. Me and Yuri walked past some of the shops, (that didn't interest us) until me and Yuri walked past this one shop that interested Yuri very much, and I knew why. We walked in and he ran over to the corner of the shop and there it was, a pair of swim trunks. These were special to Yura though. Then were printed with cheetah-ish leopard look to them. Yuri's eyes lit up and his jaw dropped as he looked through the rack of shorts and found his size.

"OH MY GOD BEKA!! DO YOU SEE THESE!!" He shouted at me with a cute sparkle in his eyes.
"You should find a pair too Beka!!" He encouraged me as I blushed still looking at him.

"Ummm... I don't know. I'm not much of a swimming person, I know that sounds stupid but, I'm just don't like swimming that much."

"Pleaseeeee. Come on it would be fun Beka. Pleaseeeeee!"

"Fine," I said as in a settle voice. "Only if we go get some of that ice cream first though."

"Sure that sounds fair."

We continued to look around the small store and I found a pair of darker color sunset with pom trees at the bottom of them. Me and Yura went up to the counter and we paid for the swim trunks and we got a bag as well so we could put our clothes in when we would change into our swim trunks. We walked out of the store with out suites and we started to walk in the direction to the ice cream stand. We finally got there and we ordered our flavors. I got plain vanilla and Yuri got mango which I'm not a big fan of. We sat down and began to eat our ice cream.

(Yuri's POV)

Me and Beka began to eat our ice cream and all I had to say was," Fuck... that's spicy."
Otabek started to laugh to where he almost fell back in his chair. My face started to get really red and I began to stand up and I ran over to the water fountain pushing everyone out of the way and the water fountain was near the bathrooms and I can back PISSED at Beka. "Why did you do that?" I said angered and sadly at the same time. Beka looked sorry for me and he stood up took my ice cream and walked over to the ice cream stand and he was arguing with the lady about how he said he wanted no spice flakes on mine even though we both order with them on the ice cream. He came back with a new mango ice cream that was in a waffle cone. He looked at me happily waiting for to grab the cone. I took the cone and I gripped his collar of his leather jacket and I pulled him close and I gave him a kiss of his nose and sad," Thansk Beka." As I smiled back at him. Beka started to blush again just lien earlier at his apartment. We finish eating our ice creams and we took our bag and we walked over to the men's bathroom and we changed into our swim suits. I walked out of my stall and I was waiting for Beka to come out of his stall and he didn't.
"Are you gonna come out or not?"

"I told you I don't like swim suits Yura!" Beka said all flustered and upset.

"Come on out it can't be that bad. Come on out, pleaseee."

Beka opened the stall door with his arms crossed with the bag in his hands and he was looking to the side and he was blushing even more than he was already.
"They look great on you Beka!!"

"Are you ready to go?"

"Sure..." I said as I could tell something was bugging Beka.

We walked down to the sandy beach and Beka placed our bag down and we walked down to the water and I stood there for a minute with Beka. He was looking down at the water touching his toes with a disgusted and nervously scared look. I grab his hand and looked into his eyes which made him feel better. I started to walk towards the water and I was stopped by the force of Beka keeping his feet at the edge of the water where we started at.
"What's wrong?"

"I'm... I-I'm scared of the water..." Beka said almost embarrassed scratching the back of his neck.

"Well, that's ok we can just walk it slow and easy." As I said that I smiled with a "Kitten Smile" as Beka would say.

He just gave me a little smile and he started to walk into the water to where I was as I was still holding his hand. We continued to walk into the water up to our waists and then we stopped. We were still holding hands and we looked at each other and I smiled and so did Beka which I think made him feel better. I let go of his hand and he began to get scared. I stayed close to him which made him feel comforted still. He was kind of just standing there on top of the sandy bottom. I gripped his wrists and pulled him to where he was "swimming", but he was very stiff and nervous still.  We began to swim and we were having a good time. It was fun re-teaching Beka how to swim and soon he was comfortable but he was still very stiff as we swam together. The sun was setting and we swam back to the shore. We went to the little shop right next to the ice cream place that we went to earlier and we went inside the shop and we bought two towels. Of course Beka got a all black one with a bear face on it in the middle. I got a tiger printed one and we sat at one of the tables and we dried off. We started to walk over to the board walk and Beka grabbed my hand and I was fine with it. We got to the end of the board walk and we were standing at the edge looking at the sunset and I laid my head in his shoulder. Beka turned towards me and he looked into my eyes. He put his hands on my shoulders and he gave me his "Teddy Bear Look" with his relaxing eyes and his relaxing smirk. He leaned in towards me I threw my arms around his neck and pulled him in quicker. We came into a romantic kiss and the sunset shined behind us. We pulled away and gave each other a long and warm hug as Beka whispered into my ear," Thank you." I could feel tears coming down his face onto my neck.
I pulled away from our hug and I wiped away his tears with my thumbs and gave him a kiss on his forehead as I had to step on the tips of my toes.

(Otabek's POV)

After Yura gave me a kiss on the check, he was getting tired and I let him jump on my back for a piggy back ride. He rested his head on the back of my head, his arms wrapped around my neck, and I held his legs with my arms. We made it to the parking lot and I put a helmet on Yura cause my Little Kitten needs to be safe and out of harms way. It was 9:30pm when we were almost back to my apartment. Yuri still gripped around my waist even if he was half asleep. We made it to my apartment complex by 10:25pm and I took of Yuri's helmet and picked him up like I did when he fell asleep on the couch when we watched a movie. I took him up to my bedroom and put him to bed. I wasn't really that tired so I started to walk away from the bed but Yuri reached out and grabbed my sleeve and I rolled over on the other side of Yuri and hugged him and I held him like that the whole night.
