Having just arrived at Aphmau's house, everything was already in that 'party' mode.

Literally everyone in the neighborhood is here!

Everyone seems to be enjoying themselves.

I decided to go to the kitchen to get more food!!!

I mean, why not?

Before 2018 starts, I'll be packing a lot of calories so when it starts, I'll start my diet.

I grabbed a plate and had got some of Kawaii~chan's cupcakes, 2 slices of pizza, and a handful of chips.

I also grabbed a soda before heading out.

I went straight back at the couch until I bumped at something or someone.

Luckily, I still have my food but my sofa was nowhere to be seen.

"Looking for this?"

I looked up and saw my crush, c/n, with my soda on his/her hand.

"Y-yeah.." I scratched the back of my neck before retrieving my soda from his/her hands.

"Thanks..."

"No problem. Also, wanna talk for a bit?"

"Sure!"

We sat at the couch and started to have a conversation.

"So, how's the party going for you?" He/she asked.

"Well, it's really cool! The decor and the food of course!" I exclaimed.

He/she just laughed while I joined in.

"Also, why too much food?"

"I mean, I'll be packing a few calories and then I'll be starting my diet as 2018 comes which is in an hour,"

"Alright,"

We continued to talk and decided to hang with our other friends.

~ Time Skip to 50 minutes ~

Only 10 more minutes left, and 2018 is here!

Everyone in the party are a bit tired but continued anyways.

~ Time Skip to a few minutes ~

11:59..

1 more minute!

All of the people inside the house went outside as they waited for the fireworks to blow up in the sky.

"10!" Everyone shouted.

"9!"

"8!"

"7!"

"6!"

"5!"

"4!"

"3!"

"2!"

I felt someone grabbed me by the shoulders as they pull me into a kiss.

I saw who it was.

It was c/n.

I happily kissed back and wrapped my arms around his neck/her waist.

"1!"

I heard the fireworks had finally lit up the sky as everyone shouted together:

"HAPPY NEW YEAR~!"

We both pulled apart, after the moment we had a little earlier.

"Well, isn't that a great way to start 2018?" I chuckled.

"Yep! I get to kiss the second best person here in the world!" He said.

"Who's the first then?" I asked.

"Me~"

I smacked him/her in the head before pulling him/her into an embrace.

"Oh please, I'm better than you~"

We both laughed before entering back at the house and cuddled while everyone was busy shouting happy new year.
