"Hey now, stop crying, n/n," I said as I wiped away some tears of the h/c-haired female's face.
"Why though! Is there something that, that girl has that I don't?! Am I not.. good enough for him?" She said as she continued to cry.
I pulled her closer to me as I play with her h/c locks to calm her down at least.
"No. You're already amazing! And besides it's not you that wasn't good enough for him. It was him that wasn't good enough for you," I answered.
She seemed to stop crying. All I can hear are her sniffles.
"You're.. you're right.." she mumbled.
"Now, how about we go outside and hangout? You know you can't just stay cooped up in your house watching angsty movies. Besides it's Valentine's day~! Forget about that guy, alright?" I said as she nodded.
I took her by the hand before locking the door to her house.
"Ready?"
"Yup!"
We went out and enjoyed our time on Valentine's day with the others.
"Hey y/n, can I tell you something?"
"Sure~ what is it?"
No.
"Umm.. nevermind,"
"Umm.. okay?"
I shouldn't.
I should wait.
Her heart has been broken.
I can't just step in.
