Shae POV

I woke up to banging at my door and walked down the hall to look out the peep hole

there stood jas holding na na with blood shot eyes as if she'd been crying

I swung the door open and pulled her in.

Jasmine wtf happen ? I asked

she simply responded, " ma tried to kill na na but instead she just kicked me out saying it was for my own good "

I sat there with a blank look on my face thinking. I knew Lisa was crazy but not crazy enough to try killing her own grandchild.

jas JAS ! I yelled snapping her out her daze. I'll take nylah you go head shower and get some rest I told her.

yeah thanks you have a shirt and some shorts I can wear until I get my stuff tomorrow?. jas asked

yeah you know where everything at just grab it.

nylah was already going to sleep since she was sucking on her passy so I just laid her in my bed and laid down as well.

Jasmine POV

I was just sitting in the shower thinking how my mama could possibly blame me for nisa running away.

nisa was a split image of me same skin tone brown eyes and curly hair she was slim with a nice petite body just like I was when i was her age she stood at about 4'11 and I was 5'4

I had began to cry wondering if nisa was okay she had no friends I was her best friend.

she been missing for 3 1/2 months now and I had only heard from her once which was 2months ago.

nisa: heyy its me jas nisa

me: NISA omg where the hell are you ?

nisa: I'm I'm uhhh jas ?

me: what's wrong nisa talk to me ?

nisa: I love you jas bye .

she said it so fast I barely understood what she said.

now my sister wasn't your average 13yr old yet she still had that innocence in her.

I shook my head washed my hair and my body and got out the shower.

I went to go lay in the bed with nylah and Shae who were already asleep and I drifted off as well.

kj POV

it was just hitting 8:00am when I woke up I did my hygiene put on my white Levi's a plain black v-neck my black and white concords and pulled my dreads back with a rubber band.

I had wanted to just chill and go eat some breakfast at IHOP I was a early bird as you can tell

I grabbed the keys to my 2014 all black mustang and locked my place up.

Jasmine POV

I woke up around 8:15am to see no Shae and nylah still sleep.

I know Shae went to work and I needed to go pick up some of my clothes and some of nylahs stuff too

I put my hair in a high bun left on the black shorts and the red T-shirt Shae let me wear.

I was putting nylah in her car seat when I heard my phone ringing.

I checked it to see that it was my ma

wtf she want I mumbled to myself but still answered

Ma: don't come get your stuff till after 10 when nobody's home I'll be back around 2.

me: ight

I really didn't have nothing to say to her and I'm glad she don't wanna see me

I lied

I decided to go by IHOP looking a hot ass mess to kill time before going to my moms.

I grabbed the car seat and my purse

the people at the front desk directed me to a booth and asked for my drink

I'll just have apple juice please

I felt somebody standing by me while I was searching my purse for my phone and when I turned around clearly annoyed my heart dropped to my ankles

kj POV

I was sitting at a table waiting for some damn assistance till I seen shorty from the club walk in holding a car seat.

I thought it was cute but I knew her fine ass didn't have no baby her body was too perfect

I decided to go speak to her but I got stuck just standing there looking dumb next to her

when she turned around she looked a bit shocked and said heyy may I help you ?

yeah may I eat breakfast with you and this lovely angel here ? I tried to sound confident

she smiled and said yes

kj I responded she looked at me and I knew she was asking for my government name.

its Kyra joy that's what kj stand for I flashed her my winning smile.

we told each other our ages and talked a bit more getting to know each other

I found out she did gymnastics and track in high school her favorite color was red and black same as mine . she had one younger sister named nisa that looked just like her. etc

the baby began to whine when we were done eating our food she grabbed the baby and I asked her jokingly who baby you kid napped ?

nobody this is my daughter she said with a straight face.

I was then confused I thought she told me she was a lesbian.

as if she read my mind she said It wasn't consensual

I didn't know what to say she said she had to go and gave me her number a high and told me she'd understand if she didn't wanna fwh because she has a child.

I was actually feeling somebody I couldn't believe it even though she has a daughter I still wanna be a part of her life

but what is she not telling me I guess I gotta spend more time with my future baee huh?
