Anxiety is a mental disorder where you cant control you fears and the take over you. Its uncontolable and it controles your every move and everyday life. Not alot of people know what to do when someone is having a panick attack and honestly there isnt much. I didnt whant to make this chapter long so if you have any further questions just askin the comments and dont be shy to ask some really wired ones.
