'Damn it, what's taking so long?' I wondered as I waited for both of my besties to come back from the washroom. Probably made out or something I don't even know.
I took a glimpse at my watch. Five thirty?! What in the hell are they doing for freaking 2 hours. You know what, I don't even want to know. Ugh. I reached for my drink and sucked on the green straw as I looked at a cute couple across my table. The girl was cuddling into her boyfriend's chest. Probably because the temperature was so cold my balls could freeze. Wait, why isn't there-for crying out loud of course I finished my drink. Wow how foolish of me. Ugh ultra facepalm.
I got up and started walking towards the counter. Mhm the queue couldn't be as long as ever. I sighed as I stood behind the man who was at the back of the line. I took out my iPod and turned on to Ed Sheeran's All of The Stars as I just got it illegally.Tsk, its not a big deal. I'm planning to get it when it comes out on iTunes. He is a legend.
"Come on, ma'am! You're taking too much time." "Hurry up, missy!" "For Christ sakes we don't have all day!" Shouts were heard from the counter I think. Probably some blonde bimbo again wasting all of our time with the pathetic OH I GOT FIVE CENTS SOMEWHERE HERE UM GIVE ME A SEC I'M PRETTY SURE ITS SOMEWHERE IN MY HANDBAG FULL OF MAKE-UPS AND SHIT. Ugh, sometimes I just lose faith in humanity.
I marched right upto the counter to see what was happening. Please don't let be deal with another blonde again I am so done with them. "Miss, if you're short on money you shouldn't had chosen Starbucks. There's a whole line right behind you and they seem really upset." The Barista said. "I'm really sorry" She apoligized.
"Wait. What? No, Sir. I can't accept that." The farmiliar stranger with the blonde hair and gorgeous blue eyes that were so beautiful and- and damn. "Uh, nah. Just take this as an apology about earlier." I said with a dreadful stammer. "Here you go, Miss. Your receipt of purchase. Please hold on for your beverage. Thank you and enjoy your drink." The Barista said as she smiled, handing the blonde her receipt.
"You didn't have to do that. I can't pay you back. You'll probably have to wait for 3 days for me to return your money." She said to me while she pulls me away from the line. "There's no need for that. Just take it as my treat." I smiled as I tried to hide my nervousness by clenching my fist.
Awkward silence. Of course. Great. The stranger looked at me, and smirked. "Thank you." As she showed off her dimples. Crap. Did I mention my major tun on are dimples. And the fact she's gorgeous. "Aha-I mean er, no problem. Heh heh." I hesitated. God what is this feeling I've never felt before. It feels so weird. A special kind of weird. What could it be? Shy? Nervousness? Heart-throbbing? This is one hell of an amazing feeling. Should I ask what her name is? Why does she make me feel like this?
"Calling out for Green Tea Latte. Miss Allison?" A barista shouted out. "That's me!" The blonde gorgeous girl replied as she turned around and claimed her liquid refreshment. "Ah, well, its nice to meet you. But I gotta scoot. See ya! And thanks for the drink!" She rused off leaving me a thousand questions phil jacksoned.
So she's Allison. The girl who owes me thousands of explaination and answers.
