Zoey's POV:

"So are you excited for tomorrow?" Nora asks me.

"Would you be excited? I don't know anybody else except my stupid brother. That kinda sucks." I say while folding my shirts in my new closet. 

I was facetiming Nora who was helping me decorate my room. I have almost finished I just need to fold some clothes. And..tomorrow is my first day at my new school. Isn't that just great?

"Well at least the school isn't that far from your house!" 

"Oh please don't try to cheer me up! You're not very good at that." I say and chuckle. 

"Did you talk to your parents yet?"

"I talk to them only if I need to. Besides that I ignore them." I shrug.

"Z, I know you're angry at them but try to understand them. I'm sad too because you left but don't blame your parents. They only want what's best for you." She says.

"Nora I know all of that. And I try to understand them but I just can't. You just don't get it.." She looks at me sadly. "Anyways I wanted to show you some pictures that I took here with that new camera you got me for my birthday!" I say, changing the subject.

"Show me! You know I love your pictures!" She says excitedly.

I finish unpacking my stuff, so we talk for the next two hours. I miss my friends so much, but now facetime is our only option.

"Well I have to go now! I have to get up early and get ready for school.." I say.

"Wait! Can you please sing me one song on your guitar? Pretty please?" She asks and I smile. She always asks me that since I learned how to play guitar. She loves when I sing to her.

"Yeah, but I have to be quick. I have to get my beauty sleep!" 

I get my guitar and start strumming the wires. I decide to sing Happier from Ed Sheeran, her personal favourite.

I knew one day you'd fall for someone new
But if breaks your heart like lovers do
Just know that I'll be waiting here for you  

"That was beautiful Zoe..Thank you for that I needed it."She says.

"No problem. Anyways I got to get going now. I'll call you tomorrow after school."

"Okay, talk to you tomorow!" 

When I said goodbye to Nora, I took a quick shower before changing into my pajamas..I put my hair in a messy bun and took a book to read before I go to sleep. 

I was closing my curtains when I heard someone playing the piano. When I looked through my window I spotted a hot guy without his shirt on in the house next door. It was his window that was directly looking at mine!

I stared at his beautiful tattoos. He was hot..like really really hot. He was playing the piano so graciously. It looked like his hands were flying over the piano  and the music was extraordinary. I think he was playing Four seasons but I'm not sure.

I don't know how long I was staring but the next thing I heard was his voice.

"You need something?" He smirked.

I shook my head trying to get back to reality.

"Why would I need anything from you?" I said defending myself.

"Then why were you staring?"

"Because I could?"

"Why has that sounded more like a question than a statement?" He chuckled.

"Oh I don't know! Just leave me alone!"

He raised his hands.
"Hey you were the one staring!"
I glared at him.

"Oh and by the way, cute pajamas."
I opened my mouth and looked down at my Hello Kitty pajamas.

"So what? I like cats. You have a problem with that?"

"No problem at all kitty."

"My name is not kitty."

"Then what's your name?"

"Zoey."

"Nice to meet you kitty I'm Luke." He chuckled.

"Stop calling me kitty!"

"Okay kitty." He chuckled.

"Ugh!" I closed my curtains but I heard him yelling goodnight to me.

I went to my bed annoyed and I prayed to God that I don't see him in school tomorrow.. I don't need that kind of boys in my life. That sexy, hot, arrogant, egoistic and full of themselves kind. Right?

Hey guys! Another chapter is here and I hope you like it. It's a little bit shorter but these are the first chapters so it has to be this way. I'll try to update as often as I can.
