and every time I mention age I'm talking international age since some people might be confused if I for example said Taesol is 14 when she's actually 12. kk go on reading!

"I just want you to be happy."

Jeongguk's heart flutters at the statement, and Taehyung must have noticed the blush creeping up onto his cheeks because he giggles and hugs the younger tighter. Jeongguk, on the other hand, curses under his breath. He just blushed in front of Kim Taehyung! Humiliating. He tries to look somewhere else, anything that isn't Taehyung, but it's kind of difficult since they're laying down.

"Mm, you're such a comfy pillow, Ggukie," Taehyung announces with a happy sigh into the others chest, pulling him impossibly close.

"Glad I'm good for something."

It doesn't take long until his breaths become more regular and steady, and after five minutes, Jeongguk can tell that he's fast asleep. He chuckles, running a hand through Tae's hair. It's not like he can move away anyways, with Taehyung's arms around him.

Even though Jeongguk would never admit it to himself, he enjoys it. He looks down on the sleepy boy, smiling at the sight. There's something calming about it. Taehyung always wears a hint of mischievousness on his face, a wild, youthful look in his pretty eyes. But now, asleep, he looks so peaceful, almost aesthetically pleasing and Jesus, Jeongguk, why are you ranting?

Meanwhile, Taehyung is smiling internally, enjoying the other's hand softly massaging his hair. He thinks I'm sleeping. Ha! I always knew I was a talented actor. When Taehyung eventually "wakes up", he opens his eyes to look at Jeongguk, who doesn't bother to remove his hand.

"Hi, Ggukie."

"I would say 'good morning,' but it's like 6pm."

They exchange soft smiles.

"That's okay."

"So, hyung, how do we get out of here?" Jeongguk asks, searching the stone wall for another rope.

"We don't. I've kidnapped you."

Jeongguk looks at him in disbelief. "I'm serious."

"We walk, you fool!" Tae grabs Jeongguk by the arm, happy when the latter doesn't tense up. "You really thought I'd let my six year old brother in here if the only way was to climb a huge wall and then jump down?"

They don't have to walk for more than two minutes before the stone wall comes to an end, and they can go get their bicycles. It's getting darker outside and the air is chilly, but it's still pleasant. Taehyung and Jeongguk grab their bikes, leading them out of the forest while making small talk.

"So if we could have just walked, why'd you make me climb that wall?"

"To get you more excited, of course!" Taehyung explains, making Jeongguk roll his eyes. "Besides, you need some adventures in your eventless life!"

"I can't argue with that." The boys smile at each other again, a feeling of warmth blooming between them as their eyes meet, as cheesy as it sounds. The woods end way too soon and they're, once again, standing on the little road. Jeongguk looks at his hyung apologetically, pointing backwards. "Well, I live that way."

"I know," Tae smiles warmly. "I guess I'll see you on our school desk, J?"

"You bet, T!" And with a high five, the two of them pedal away in different directions.
