Percy stood in the sword fighting arena at Camp Half-Blood. Him and Jason had been sparring all morning. So far, Jason had won twice and Percy had won four times.
"You ready to get your butt whooped again Grace?" Percy smiled. Jason smiled back.
"Not this time, Jackson." They went at it again. It had been a full month since the war with Gaea had been over. The Roman and Greek camps were getting along well and their hadn't been any more prophecies, so life was good for all of them and the gods had kept all their Godly business to themselves.
Jason pried one of Percy's strikes. He slashed and stabbed. The ringing of metal on metal filled Percy's ears. His sword connected with Jason's again, and he laughed. He could feel Jason getting tired. Suddenly, Riptide felt heavy in his hands, like it was fighting to be free of his grasp. Apparently Jason was having the same problem. They let go of their swords and they went flying right into a girls outstretched hands.
They both turned to look at Hazel. She looked older than when Percy had last seen her. Her frizzy hair flowed beautifully in the morning breeze and her golden eyes sparkled in the sunlight. She wore a purple SPQR t-shirt and white jean shorts with black combat boots. In either hand was one of the boys' swords.
"Hazel!" Percy pouted. "I was about to kick Jason's butt! For the fifth time!" Hazel rolled her eyes.
"In your dreams, Jackson." Jason smiled. Hazel rolled her eyes again.
"Is that all you two have to say? What about, 'Hey Hazel, how have things been for the past month?'" She smiled. They ran over to her and crushed her in a bear hug. She laughed. "Guys... Can't... Breath..." She gasped from between them. They let go.
"Sorry." Percy laughed. "Better not crush you or Frank would stampede us as an elephant." He joked. Hazel laughed and handed them back there swords. Jason flipped his into a coin and Percy capped his so it turned back into a pen.
"How have things been at camp Jupiter? How's Reyna?" Jason asked.
"We're all good. I'll tell you the details later. Right now, Chiron needs to speak with all of us at the house."Percy looked at Jason with a confused expression.
"What for?" He asked. Hazel shrugged.
"He wont tell us. All I know is that he's gathered the whole Argo two crew, plus Calypso, Will, Nico, and Thalia."
"Well it must be important if the hunters took time out of their busy schedule for it." Jason tried to say casually, but Percy could tell he was really excited to see his older sister again. They hadn't seen the Hunters sense the war.
Well, lead the way golden girl." Percy said. Hazel shot him a glare but it quickly turned into a smile and an eye roll.
"Come on." They followed Hazel up the path to the house t what was about to be one of the most interesting meetings ever.

Everyone sat around the ping pong table where they usually had the war council. None of Percy's friends knew what Chiron wanted to speak with them about, so while they waited for the centaur they all decided to just enjoy each others company.Jason, Piper, and Thalia were all catching up on the things that had happened since the war with Gaea. Frank and Hazel were in a deep conversation with Nico. Annabeth was joking with Will while Calypso braided flowers into both Annabeth's and Will's hair, though he didn't seem to mind. Leo was fiddling with something from his tool belt while he talked with Percy.
"The Stolls wont stop pranking bunker nine. I mean, seriously! Yesterday I walked in to do some repairs on Festus, and there were sticky notes and silly string everywhere! It took ages for me to burn it all." He flipped a switch on the machine he was working on and it hummed to life, little propellers bringing it into the air. Leo watched it for a second then grabbed it and kept on working with it, apparently unsatisfied.
