Sheila's P.O.V

I was quite nervous when it came to DNA. But today, Elorm was with me and I was just praying there would be no emergency this time.

The lights kept flashing at me. I knew I was not safe under the same roof with Daniel. So I moved to the washroom to clear my head. I didn't want to leave the spot I was standing because I felt Daniel would no longer see me. It was when a white girl with blonde hair appeared from nowhere and sat on his laps gleefully that I absconded to the washroom. Inside i was burning. The fire of jealousy was consuming my soul. Why did I have to be the one chasing this guy? Even to a place I didn't want to be...a place as hellish as DNA. I was infuriated and I didn't even know if it was because of those two half naked lesbians practically strapping each other in front of the broken sink or because he was entertaining a white girl obviously prettier than me. He was the one who started hitting on me when we first met and the only reason why I didn't play along was because I didn't even know him by then. How friendlier could I have gotten? I tried my best. I slept on his chest the entire night after taking several shots of gin with him. I spent the night at his house, I wore the clothes he offered me even though I looked like a mascot in it and I conversed with him happily the entire time. I did all that, even when he had not even formally proposed love to me. Maybe I was just a stupid girl who took his flirtatious jokes personal.

Three other guys joined us in the washroom unceremoniously. I was about to yell at them to get out!! But those witch-bians were not just lesbians. They immediately pounced on the guys and started devouring them. They had no shame having a sex party right in front of me and the two other girls in the washroom.

"What sort of nasty place is this?" I yelled.

"Obviously not a church..."
"Its rude to stare princess..."
The bitch-bians both said at almost the same time and I couldn't even identify who among them possessed such a croaky voice.

I opened my mouth to speak but I could only let out a squeaky sound like a rusted bicycle. Ten thousands words were floating inside my voice box but none of them was willing to come out. Hot tears were seriously streaming down my face though...

I ran out immediately and hugged an almost wasted Elorm. He was standing by the table of foolishness.
Ato was sipping Adonko bitters like Holy Water. Daniel and the Obroni*(white girl) were entangled in a staring competition. Well Nana was doing who knows what on his shirt sleeves like a child.

"EL, let's go please. I can't stay here for a minute!," I confessed. "The things my eyes have seen....

"Babes, why? You were dying to come here so what is it now?" He said sobering up.

I eyed him, allowing my eyelids to brush of my tears from my pupils. Why was he telling everyone I begged to come to DNA. My anger had no part two at that moment.
"Let's just go!" I ordered.

His eyes curved slowly out of fury.
"We are not leaving now! The place just got hotter."

"Alright!!! I am leaving now! With my keys and all. Kindly note that I will lock my door for the sake of my security and you would have to spend the night here...in this disgusting sh*thole!!!"

"What you live with Elorm?" Nana asked. "This world is strange".

"Yea, I'm perching at her house, you know I'm somehow homeless and..."Elorm tried to explain.

"You are homeless and an idiot!! Of all the places in the world is it only her poorly furnished house you spotted?" Daniel shouted, startling everyone.
"Can't you see this brainless lass doesn't belong here! Why do you have to bring her here!? She is out of our league! She doesn't fit into our circle! Don't even try to take advantage of her stupidity. She's not like those harlots you have in your pocket!! Look here, she even came here with makeup on her face, dressed like a little princess. Nobody does that..DNA is not about how good you look, it's about how crazy you can get! Look around you! We are all rogues...

"Shut up! Daniel. You haven't said a word to me the entire week and I'm not ready to listen to your senseless speech now!" I shot back. "Thanks a lot for washing me with insults. Its okay if you think I'm a stupid girl but this is for you."

"What?" He asked stretching his giraffe neck out of curiosity and bringing his head closer.

I slapped him hard on his left cheek.

"This slap is yours and yours alone" I said proudly.

I was so relieved after slapping the idiot...and the look on his face...? well, long live the look on his face!! His friends burst into hilarious laughter but I didn't feel sorry for him. He had made me go through a lot this week and I am going through hell coming here because of him, so why did he have to insult me that way.

"I can't believe you did that!" The white girl said and jumped on me. I knew she was in for trouble. I had been meaning to pound her all these years she was sitting on Daniel's lap.
I threw her to the ground and started pulling out her yellow hair. She was bleating like a goat already. I slapped her face countlessly as the guys were trying to separate us. Before I knew, those corrupt DNA security men yanked my arms and carried me out of the place. They dumped me at the entrance and Nana came running to my direction.

"I'm sorry Sheila, we should have left when you asked. He said apologetically.

"I guess everytime I come here, I am directed by the spirit to slap an idiot back into his senses", I said in tears. "Coming here was the worst decision of all. Did you see how Daniel was playing with the white girl's beautiful hair? Did you see how he spoke to me like I was some kind of trash?"

"Sheila, let's just go home. You need a cold shower and a long long sleep dear", he said.

Just as we were about to leave, the police surrounded us. The white girl had pressed charges already. I'm sure she thought she was in America.

"That's the girl!" She said. "That's the savage that almost killed me! Take her away officer".

Her stupid accent was nauseating. I knew my end had come. But I was not willing to give up so easily.

"Madam, please come with us. You are being charged for physical and verbal assau..."

"What! Me? Verbal assault?? If you say physical assault, I'd agree but verbal??? She was the one whose boyfriend insulted me! You should arrest her for her boyfriend's stupidity!!!" I said loudly.

"Lady, be quiet. Just follow us to the station," the policeman said subtly.

I never expected this one. What was going to happen to me? How long would my hopeless colleagues keep me there detained? I did not want to go to the police station!!! My head was spinning and my phone was buzzing.
It was my Aunt Mara. Perfect timing!
