dear sophie,
i really do love you and everything about you
sincerely,
michael
michael really did love sophie. he cared for her a lot, and he wished he would've told her.
michael loved the way sophie's eyes lit up at the thought of watching 80's movies and he liked the way her eyes always intently studied everything she saw, whether it be a tree, a flower, or even the tv. sophie was always focused.
that was another reason adding to his love of her eyes. whenever he talked (or used to talk) to sophie she always payed attention - even if it was the stupidest conversation, she always listened and was focused on michael. he liked the way her long straight hair always looked good, down or up. he liked her laugh and her smile; michael really did love everything about her, it wasn't an understatement.
michael really missed her, and he wondered what she was doing. was she with her friends? was she watching a movie? if anything michael just really wanted to be with her even if it meant nothing. abesntly thinking, michael picked up the phone and dialed the number he knew by heart since he was allowed to use the phone to talk to sophie.
he waited while the phone rang for a good 8 seconds until the familiar sound of sophie's voicemail played. "hi, this is sophie! please leave a message and i'll call you back as soon as possible. bye!" michael knew this message excluded him, but he still gave it a chance, because what if one day sophie called back?
a long beep rung out through the phone after the voicemail and that was michalels cue to start talking. "hi sophie, it's michael. i just wanted to tell you that i really miss you and your hair that - shit, ignore the last part after 'i miss you'," michael laughed nervously then continued before his time ran out, "well, um, bye."
