Bill: when you were studying in his room he looked at your face in adoring the expressions you make when concentrating,he realised he loved you and would do anything for you
Richie: when you were in a make out session in his room he pulled back to look at you and he noticed how beautiful your Y/E/C (your eye colour) were and he realised he never wanted to stop staring into them because it would mean losing you
