Bill: you break your leg because you were running away from bowers when you tripped and fell down a hill crushing your bone in the process bills blood was boiling in anger when he found you , his baby injured because of bowers
Richie: you break a rib , you were in a car accident with your mom/dad (or both) and your seat belt tightened a little too much and broke one of your ribs , you never seen Richie so worried than when you saw him sitting in he waiting room crying
Eddie: you break your nose- well Richie broke your nose because you were walking into bill's house and Richie pushed the the door and it hit the wall hard and came flying back and hit you square in the face
Eddie was so pissed
Stanley: you were all jumping in to the quarry when Richie had pushed you your leg twisted in a bad way and as you were falling you saw how bad your knee looked and you screamed bloody murder so they all ran down to see what happened and saw that your knee had dislocated so Eddie quickly pushed it back in and since you still couldn't walk Stan carried you to the hospital
