Chapter 23

Anne decided to warm some more soup up for Louis as the boy had slept for the rest of the afternoon and she was hoping when he woke up he would be a bit more cooperative. Louis still refused food. Anne managed four spoonfuls she tried for five but the boy ended up pushing the spoon away making it go over her. "Louis." Anne said desperately trying to stay calm but It was becoming pretty difficult not to get annoyed at the boy. "Sorry." Louis mumbled although Anne could tell he didn't really mean it. Louis had developed a food phobia. He hated being sick that much that he didn't want any good right now. Anne sighed and decided she might try a milkshake. "Louis do you want a milkshake?" Anne asked.

"Okay." Louis mumbled as he cuddled with his blanket and toys. "What flavour do you want?" Anne asked and Louis shrugged not really caring right now. Anne went downstairs to see what they had and made the boy a chocolate one. "Here Lou, sit up sweetie." Anne said and the boy did taking the milkshake not associating the chocolate drink with food which Anne was happy about. It may not have been the healthiest thing he could consume but it was better than nothing. Louis enjoyed his chocolate milkshakes "Was that nice lou?" Anne asked happy when the boy handed her back his empty cup. "Yeah." Louis said as he rubbed his eyes. "I need the toilet." Louis mumbled and Anne nodded. "Are you Okay to get there yourself?" Anne asked and Louis nodded but when he stood up he instantly wobbled and Anne rushed to his side. "I think I'll help you to the toilet lou." Anne said helping the boy walk towards the bathroom.Anne sat the boy on the toilet to the fact that Louis was still wobbily on his feet. Louis soon finished on the toilet and helped the boy back to bed where they had cuddles. Louis soon fell asleep and Anne hoped that when he woke in the morning he would feel a lot better as he hadn't been sick at all that day and he had slept a lot. Louis slept all night snuggled up to his grandma. Anne got Louis to drink another milkshake still refusing food.

Liam was still up hourly to two hourly not having a break. Liam was having a rough day and was hating the fact that he had been separated from his whole family. Karen comforted his son making sure he was drinking water and diarrlyte. Liam wasn't in the best moods.Karen was desperately trying to cheer Liam up but he was in a bad mood and nothing Karen did was helping his mood. Liam was still up several times either vomitting or having developed diarrhoea. Karen tried to comfort her moody son as best as she could.

The next morning Harry and Niall had breakfast and snuggled up watching tv together. Liam was pretty much the same.

Robin went and cuddled Louis while Anne rang Harry. Harry answered his phone and got out from Nialls grip. Harry was glad to hear Louis was doing better but saddened the fact he won't eat. Anne explsined it's like he has developed some sort of phobia. Harry sighed. "I know Liam talks about these substitute juice and milkshakes that they can have instead, maybe can go to a pharmacy to see if we can get some when you pick me and Niall back. Ni is ok to come back to yours now Lou is on the mend" Harry said. "Of course he Is" Anne smiled. Harry soon hung up having arranged his mum to collect them in about two hours.

Harry then went and informed Ruth and Sam of the plan thanking them for having Niall."Ni can you go and get dressed and pack your things as we're going to grandmas." "I come back with you?" Niall asked. "Yep as Louis' on the mend meaning there's no reason for you to be kept away." Niall smiled and ran up the stairs to get ready. Jake soon caught sight of Niall and followed him watching him pack his things. "What you doing Ni?" Jake asked and Niall turned around. "Packing I'm going to my grandmas with my daddy." Niall said and Jake sighed as he had been enjoying have a playmate around even if Niall hadn't been that playful it was nice to have someone his own age around. Harry arranged a meet up with Ruth, Sam and Jake for two weekends time. Harry wasn't sure if Liam was working or not but that didn't matter. Jake had a sad face as he came downstairs. "What's up Jake?" Harry asked as the boy walked into the living room going over to Harry. "Niall's going back with you so I'm going to have no one to play with." Jake said sadly cuddling into Harry. "Well I've just arranged with your parents to meet up in 2 weeks time so we can all have fun together Louis included. Sound good." Harry asked and Jake nodded smiling at Harry. "What we doing" Niall beams as he hears his dad say this. "Its a suprise" Harry said. In truth they wanted to do something christmassy but didn't want to take the kids to see Santa if Liam was working. Niall nodded and then snuggled on the other side of Harry. Harry smiled and wrapped an arm around both boys.
