nine arielle

Today was the day we open for Iggy Azalea. My boyfriend is coming to support me too. I was dressed in our uniform, which is a white Monki crop top, black stretch cotton spandex leggings, with Timberlands. The boy have to dress in a white tee shirt, dark True Religion jeans, with Timberlands. We all have to wear a flannel shirt around our waist. Everyone was sitting in the room, waiting to perform.

‘’We need to be super out there.’’ I said.

‘’Yeah, no playing around. This is big. Iggy Azalea is the best woman rapper in this world. Nicki Minaj is aight.’’ Ryan said. It was Samantha, Joseline, Chad, Ben, Ryan and I. Layah was at home.

‘’You guys, you’re on in five minutes.’’ The producer said. He closed the door. We stood up. We practiced for a while then said a prayer. ‘’You’re on.’’ He said. We walked out of the room, holding hands.

‘’Give it up for X.’’ The DJ yelled into the microphone. We ran out on stage, assuming our positions. Freaks started and we did our freestyles. Everyone was cheering. When the part came on, we were killin’ it. At the end, we twerked. Dance A$$ came on and we did the choreography till’ the point where it was freestyle.

I was grinding on Ryan, Joseline was grinding on Chad, while Samantha was grinding on Ben. We twerked on them too. We dropped it low then wrapped around legs around their waist. We lend down, going back and forth till’ we did backflips off of them. We were done with the show. We bowed then walked backstage. I seen Chris and his girlfriend, Karrueche Tran. My boyfriend, Austin walked over to me.

‘’Baby girl, you did great.’’ He said, pecking my lips.

‘’Thank you, babe. Did you see me twerk?’’ I asked.

‘’Yes, that ass was superior.’’ He said, making me giggle. I felt eyes on me, I looked in the direction and seen Chris staring at me, hard. ‘’Babe, you wanna go out to eat tonight?’’ He asked.

‘’I was thinking about you and me at your house, sipping some wine and watching movies.’’ I said.

‘’Aight, I’mma go to the restroom.’’ He said, pecking my lips. He walked away, somewhere. I looked down at my white stiletto nails. I walked back over to the crew. Everyone was talking. Someone tapped on my shoulder. I turned to see Chris.

‘’Arielle, can we talk?’’ He asked.

 ‘’Why?’’ I asked, bluntly.

‘’Arielle, come on.’’ He said. I walked away, toward the room. I opened the door, but Chris followed. I closed the door.

 ‘’Talk.’’ I demanded.

‘’I’m sorry, I just want us to be friend.’’ He said.

 ‘’I don’t be friends with ex’s.’’ I said.

‘'Arielle, please. Just forget everything that happened.’’ He said.

‘’How am I going to forget. I just can’t.’’ I said, about to walk out of the room. Chris grabbed me by my wrist, throwing me against the wall.

‘’Arielle, I have to get through that thick skull of yours. I’m sorry, I really am but you need to let go of it.’’ He said. His face was all up in mine.

‘’Ok, Chris. You gettin’ on my damn nerves. Just leave me alone.’’ I said, turning the other way. He grabbed my face, making me face him. I kinda like this side of Chris. It’s a major turn on. Austin ain’t nothing like this. I seen the veins in his forehead, pop.

‘’Baby girl, just know. I always get a second chance.’’ He said, pecking my lips. He walked out of the room, leaving me dumbfounded. I walked out of the room, over to Austin.

 ‘’Where you been?’’ He asked.

‘’I was in the room, talking to someone on the phone.’’ I said.

 ‘’You almost ready?’’ He asked.

‘’I wanna watch Iggy do her thang.’’ I said, walking off. I walked behind the banner thing. She was performin’ Change Your Life. Iggy is the best female rapper ever. I felt arms snake around my waist. I looked behind me, to see Austin. ‘’Yes, babe?’’ I asked.

 ‘’Iggy can rap.’’ He said.

‘’Yes, she can.’’ I said. I walked back over to the crew. Iggy walked backstage over to our crew. We shut up and faced her.

‘’You guys were amazing. Your choreography is on point. Who is your choreographer?’’ He asked.

‘’Actually, Ms. Azalea we create it ourselves.’’ I said.

‘‘Impressive, you guys are a talented group of young people. If I ever need another opening act, I’ll make sure that you get the first call.’’ She said.

‘’In our opinion, you’re the best female rapper.’’ Samantha said.

‘’Thank you very much.’’ She said. ‘’I have to get going, it was nice meeting you all.’’ She said.

‘’Could we get a selfie first?’’ I asked, whipping out my phone. She nodded. We took a selfie then she left. We all walked out of the building to our cars. Austin went off, to his car. I got in, putting the key into the ignition. I pulled off, turning up the radio. What Chris said is still in my mind. I didn’t know he would do that. I pulled up to my house, taking the key out of the ignition. I got out of the car, walking up the pathway to my house. I opened the door, walking inside.

I kicked off my Tim’s. I walked into the kitchen, opening the fridge. I grabbed a strawberry flavored yogurt. I opened it, taking a spoonful then putting it in my mouth. I don’t know about Chris. He seems mysterious but nice. I got Austin and he got Karrueche. We both good, so I don’t need to jeopardize anything.

Should I even consider being with Chris for real? I mean I wouldn’t mind it but he’s being too much. My future is going to determine who I’m going to be with. It maybe Chris, you never know.

What do you think? Should she consider being with Chris, for real this time? In the multimedia is her outfit. Leave a comment, vote, follow, and leave feedback.-Daniella
