The Luftwaffe, the Kamikaze and The Nazis - will be involved in this as it's a historic war novel.

The cinematic universe of James Bond and the Marvel Comics are just some extras that will pop-up during this entertaining, historic, melodramatic, thoughtful, well required, apocalyptic, shrapnel environment and the political views of democracy; jumbo sized novel - that should of been published and enhanced every year, with new events added.

If you look wisely, you'll see that I missed some that's because I want to keep this on a levelled ground. I don't want to take a step too far, to make this book become offensive.

I don't want to add those groups, that made a lot of killings over the decades; including the white dressed, pointy hooded freaks - you know what I'm talking about. I'm not going that far.
