Cover:  5/5

I like how you used the important incident of Brenna seeing the meteor shower as part of your cover which preludes the fact that the meteor shower is when she will have her first contact with the celestial beings.

Plot:  9/10

The plot was quite nice and personally, I really enjoyed this book. I think the idea was well though out and developed. One minor thing I have to suggest is that when you are talking about Brenna's parents, you could elaborate a bit more on them. It seemed that you introduced them quite suddenly. A bit of background for them would be nice, but overall, the characters were nicely revealed.

Spelling/Grammar:  7.5/10

You had a few wording mistakes and improper grammar usage but overall it was readable. One major thing that I would like to point out to you however is that when you are putting dialogue, you should space it out. For example, "oh my gosh are you okay!", "that jerk!", "he must've been some maniac!" "Alright settle down and take your seats, I'll let your tardiness slide just this once." I suggest doing:

"Oh my gosh, are you okay?"

 "That jerk!"

"He must've been some maniac!"

"Alright settle down and take your seats, I'll let your tardiness slide just this once."

This would allow the reader to have a better understanding of who's saying what instead of jumbling it all together.

Summary:  5/5

The summary was pretty spot on to what you're story is about. I really liked how you introduce the plot and reveal just enough to make the reader interested.

Overall story:  8.5/10

This is a very nicely developed story and I definitely recommend it being read if you are into the fantasy/magic genre. I loved how you used a whole truckload of descriptive language but spaced it enough without overdoing it. Besides the few suggestions I mentioned above, the story was pretty much flawless. I would recommend this to anyone who likes a fantasy/magic girl plot.

Final score: 35/40

Hope this review helps!
