~Adrien's POV~

Father stood before us. His face was red hot with anger. He looked between us, seeing our intertwined fingers. He took a step towards us causing me to stand taller and hold my position between him and my beautiful lover.

"What is the meaning of the Adrien?! First you're slapping Natalie for no reason and now you're fucking a baker's daughter?! You are out of control!" He yelled. I glared, pulling Marinette closer to me.

"So what if she's a baker's daughter?! I'm in love with her father, I gave her all of me for a reason! We're in love!" I retorted, feeling tingles travel up my arm as Marinette started hugging my bicep.

"I forbid you to see her again! We will not have her blood in the Agreste line!" He reached forward, grabbing Marinette's arm roughly, pulling her from my grasp. She gasped in pain, trying to free herself from father's grasp.

My blood boiled, adrenaline taking over as I sent my fist into my father's cheek. He stumbled back, stunned as he let go of my lady. I pulled Marinette into me, cradling her face. I kissed her gently, checking for bruises before pushing past my still stunned father and leaving.

I sat on Marinette's bed, head in my hands as she hugged me from behind. She kissed my neck gently before getting up.

"What are you doing?" I asked as she turned on her radio. She smiled, pulling me up and beginning to dance to the song being played.

"Dance with me Adrien, let go of all your troubles! Only think about me!" She cried happily, twirling around. I laughed, following her lead.

"I'm never gonna leave you,  I'm never gonna break your heart again!" The singers sung as Marinette and I danced around her bedroom. She was a giggling mess, leaving me completely mesmerized by her beauty.

She was all I ever wanted, I wasn't ever going to let her go.

It had been four weeks. My father didn't keep his word on keeping me out of school. I hadn't even talked to him at all since he hurt Marinette like he did.

"Adrien, babe, you squeezing my hand too hard." Marinette said, pulling me from my thoughts. I loosened my grip, kissing her cheek apologetically. She giggled and leaned into me.

"How have you been feeling?" I asked, remembering her saying something about feeling nauseous lately. She looked up and hummed.

"I'm fine Adrien, just a little sick, there is a bug going around." She said. I shrugged it off, not wanting to annoy her with my constant questions. She was already getting so many thanks to Alya unintentionally revealing her identity.

"If you feel bad at all, let me know okay?" I said, holding my pinky up to promise. She nodded, wrapping her finger around mine.

"Good morning love birds!" Nino said playfully, running up to us. We chuckled, waving at him. Alya wasn't far behind him. Marinette smiled and started talking to Alya immediately. Everything was fine.

Then, Marinette threw up.

Alya, being quick on her feet, gathered Marinette's hair as she unleashed her stomach onto the ground. I rubbed my girlfriend's back, comforting her while Nino got the school nurse.
