Afraid to Love.

Ch.5

-Izac's POV-

I woke up to the sound of my mom and step dad talking. They must have found out about me meeting the new girls. They've always wanted me to start dating. I hurry up and get dress (my normal black hoodie and black pants.) And head downstairs. They were sitting at the table smiling brightly.

"Izac!" My mom smiles brightly.
"Good morning Mom, dad." Izac smiles. My step dad smiles back. The step dad came into my life when my real dad murdered my older sister, but no one knows this. My older sister was named Madison, but I never got to meet her. I was only 3 when she was killed. After eating breakfast I got my bag and got on the bus, my family only has one car...and my mom needed it.

On the bus I see a kid throwing a book at another kid, sadly I just watch. I'm just the emo kid in the back who listens to MCR and anime music...even though I don't do that. Stereotypes I swear.

Once the bus makes it to our lovely high school (not) I wait for everyone to get off before I get off. I say bye to the bus driver and get off. Time to meet Lucien at our lockers. Walk walk walk...person.

"Dimitri?" I look up to see Dimitri putting a note on Lucien's locker. "What the hell are you doing!"
"Look it's not what it looks like." Dimitri says while putting the note behind his back.
"Sure...what's in that note. Another hate letter or some crap. Can't you idiots get a life?" I cross my arms over my chest. Dimitri curses under his breath.
"Look it's nothing like that. He threw away my other letter that I wrote. It was an apology letter." Dimitri says while showing me the letter...it was an apology letter.
"First off...why? Second...why?" I was honestly confused. Dimitri always acted like he hated Lucien and me, but now he's talking to me like I'm human and giving Lucien an apology letter? Something's up. Dimitri looks around, people were walking to their homerooms. He grabbed my wrist and dragged me to the men's bathroom and into one of the back stalls, the ones that were never used and we're really gross...even for us guys.
"Look don't tell anyone or I'll actually kill you." Dimitri got serious. I nodded not wanting to die at my age. "I sorta...like Lucien...I will punch you if you laugh!" Dimitri's face was almost as red as his hair. I honestly stood shocked from what I heard.
"Wait... you're gay?!" I whisper yell.
"Yeah...no one knows it...only Alec." Dimitri says.
"Someone called?" Alec suddenly opened the bathroom stall door and scared Dimitri.
"Alec! What the hell man!" Dimitri yells.
"Hey Izac." Alec smiled at me.
"Sup." I say trying to act cool, which isn't working.
"I hate this." Dimitri says. He looks down at the letter he still had in his hands. "I really wanna apologize for everything I ever did. I'm so stupid. Just because I wanted to be popular..."
"You really wanna apologize to him?" Alec asks and Dimitri nods. Alec then looks at me. "We're gonna have to change his image."
"It won't be easy.." I say.
"Wait are you gonna help me win Lucien's heart?" Dimitri asks.
"Let's start with friendship first." Alec says and grabs Dimitri's arm. "Let's go get started!" Alec dragged his brother out of the bathroom stall. I stood there for a moment thinking.
"What have I gotten myself into...ugh." I soon follow Alec and Dimitri into the main hall.
