sharpening is usually used to make high definition images. maraming ways para mag-sharpen but i'll show you mine.
(example on the media panel, open in a new image tab for a better view)
step 1. open the image you want to sharepn
step 2. duplicate the image (ctrl + J)
step 3. change the blend mode of the image copy to overlay, soft light or hard light, your choice
step 4. go to Filter > Oher > High Pass
step 5. adjust the radius to the one you like
step 6. adjust the opacity if you want
step 7. save as .jpg or .png file
