The shining stars❤

Their remarkable akhlaq,valour and spirit
Left a profound example for us to inherit
They were human torches placed by Allah to guide us on the siratul mustaqeem
Who stood miles away from glamour and gleam
Their lives revolved around Allah and His Rasool (sallalahu aleihi wasallam)
The pleasure and delight of their Rabb their fuel
Increasing their spirits to reach Allah it served as their catalyst
Their deep love for their Rabb cleared all the fogs of doubts in the heart and mist
Their faith was sturdy and firm like rocks
They gave no heed to any vain chatters and talks
The likes of As-Siddiq and Al-Farouq(R.A)
Whose fikr was neither dunya nor the souq
The legacy of our Nabii (Sallallahu aleihi wasallam) did they uphold
Following to the letter what they were told
Always his pillars of support and strength
To fulfil their Habeeb's command they would gladly go to any length
Dhun-Nurein(R.A); The possessor of two lights
An excellent personality who ruled during the golden period with the help of the one with All Mights
Ali (R.A); Abu Turab was his kuniyat
The first child to accept Isam and being one of the ashara mubashara was his khususiyat
Musab bin Umair (R.A) a role model for the youth
His beautiful journey would always inspire and soothe
Moving on to Hamza(R.A) our habeeb's uncle
The martyr of martyrs,the lion of Allah was always humble
Salman (R.A);the farsi soldier
A sahabi with wits and was all the more bolder
Abu Hurayra (R.A);the one with the highest narrations
From the ashab-e-sufa was he with no worldly tensions
Abdullah ibne Umar (R.A) the one with the Hadith's golden chain
Did not pass away till he freed more than a 1000 slaves and it was not in vain
Saifullah (R.A);the brave warrior,the army commander
Whether leader or not in the battle he was never a bystander
Bilal bin Rabah(R.A) the Habshi sahabi
Whose footsteps were heard in Jannah before our Nabii (sallalahu aleihi wasallam)
Saad bin Muad (R.A);the chief of the Aus tribe
The arsh of Rahman shook when he passed away giving a pleased vibe
Zaid bin Harith (R.A), Nabii sallalahu aleihi wasallams's adopted son
The only sahabi referred to directly in the Quran
Saad bin Abi Waqqas (R.A); The first one to shed blood in Islam
And the first one who for the sake of Allah shot a sahm while being so calm
These are a few of the many blessed companions
Who sacrificed all that they had without any hesitations
The life of the dunya was nothing but a 2 minute journey for them
In that they neither desired praise nor fame
Their tawakal and ikhlas was always at its peak
Each one was a personality so extraordinary and unique
Our existence was watered by their persistence
They strived in every aspect that so that deen could reach in every distance
They shedded their blood and walked on hot coals
So that the legecy of islam could continue-one of their main goals
They used to listen to all the commands and humbly obey
Whereas we listen and confidently disobey
How contrary our lives are to theirs
Oh dear Muslims we need to change our priorities and gears
We need to understand who we are
Our maqsad is nothing but to be like them- a shining star
We need to emulate them and adopt their ways
That's when true falah will come in all our days!
