Darkness had engulfed the world
All the teachings and lessons away they were hurled
Henoius and abdominal actions had reached the pinnacle
Not being wiped out at that time was nothing short of a miracle
'Jahiliyyah' was what that era was called
Burrying daughters alive, gambling, drinking and womanising was what they used to uphold
The purpose of life was lost and buried
The candle of deen had dimmed and was almost extinguished
It was those remnants from the people of the book
Because of whom Allah had mercy and decided to overlook
Saved were they
Despite the fact that they used to continuously disobey
To save the world; the need for it arose
Or else the candle would sadly douse!
As a result, the sun finally rose
The sun superior to the sun of the skies finally arose
Rahmatul Lil Aalameen took his first breathe and illuminated the world after a million days
He enveloped it in his radiant rays
A sigh of relief did the earth release
Burdened was it by all their vile sins and finally will it receive ease
The mountains and trees were ecstatic and overjoyed
The deserts and valleys were jubilating and delighted
The winds were wild with exhilaration
The seas and oceans were burbling with anticipation
The heavens were filled with merriment and festivity
It was a sight to behold after years of darkness and negativity
Everyone wanted to have a glimpse and a glance
Of the one who would be the means of giving the people a second chance
Finally the day was soon going to arrive
When to fulfil the purpose of being created, again for it the people would strive
All praise be to Allah for this enormous blessing
For making us all part of his ummat, it is truly a great favouring
Habeebullah was he
Muhammad ﷺ was he!
