This fanfic is set with younger!louis older!harry, don't forget that!

The feelings Harry had towards this boy racked his brain all night, up until he'd gotten ready and walked through the school doors.

The weirdest part was that he didn't feel the urge to have sex with this boy on the first night, he wanted to fall for him, appreciate him; but he knew a boy like that would never go for a guy like him.

Louis was perfect, he was just the right height (which was shorter than Harry), he had all the right curves, he had the sweetest voice he'd ever heard and his eyes were an ocean blue. A perfect ocean blue.

Time went by slowly that day, as third lesson slowly turned into fourth he started walking towards his science class before hearing a soft piano tune coming from the music room. Going back on his steps, he leant against the wall outside and heard a soft voice singing a gentle song which matched the piano tune.

Without hesitation Harry glanced in, his eyes instantly going over to who was sat by the piano, it was Louis. Man, could he get anymore perfect?

Harry listened to the soft voice of the beautiful boy, his lips curving into a smile as his dimples popped inwards.

He had a more high pitched voice than other boys, but it was soothing and it caused him to admire the smaller boy even more.

Unintentionally, he began humming along once he'd gotten the tune in his head, the piano stopped abruptly and a small cough came from there which was followed by an awkward laugh.

"Um..were you going to use the piano? I can stop." sounded the angelic voice of the perfect boy, he was fidgeting with his sleeves as he avoided eye contact with Harry. He scrambled and rushed to get all of his music together, standing up. "It's uh, it's all yours."

"No..no I just, I heard you and- you're really talented." Harry tried to mumble the last part but it came out clear as day. "You're Louis right?" he asked and leant against the wall again, watching the boy relax and smile a bit.

"Yeah, I'm Louis, Tomlinson to be exact and..and thank you, no one ever takes my music seriously." he stumbled over his words and continued to fidget, tapping his toes together with anxiety.

"I'm not gonna hurt you, you know? I'm not like that and I'm Harry, Styles to be exact." he said with a soft smile and spoke softly. "Your music is beautiful, your voice, the piano.."

"Well, thank you, it means a lot to me. I've wanted to sing my whole life uh..sorry I'm going a little off topic I always do that." Louis replied with a little laugh, Harry could see clearly how anxious he was, so he sighed gently and thought of something to say.

"That's okay, I do it sometimes too, usually when I'm meeting someone new so I completely understand that. You seem really nice Louis, Tomlinson to be exact." Harry jokingly added the 'to be exact' and laughed gently to himself.

Before Louis could even speak, a giggle escaped his lips and he looked up at the taller boy before him. "So do you Harry, Styles to be exact." he seemed relaxed as he spoke this time, a cheeky grin beaming from his face.

"Until we meet again." Harry whispered in a 'spooky' voice and flashed him a smile, before walking out and feeling all sorts of nerves rush over him. He'd just spoken to the boy he, quite blatantly, fancied and made a complete fool of himself. 'Until we meet again'? What was he thinking?

The day went really slowly again after that, and Harry was just about to walk out of the gates before he heard a voice behind him say 'wait!'. He furrowed his eyebrows and turned around, a smile tugging at his lips as he spotted Louis.

"I..I never got your number or anything earlier." the younger boy mumbled out anxiously, Harry smiled to himself and took Louis' phone before typing in his number and calling himself for a second.

"Now you have it. Don't be a stranger."

Later that night.

Harry stepped out of the shower and towel dried his hair, as he ruffled up the curly mess that was on his head he heard his phone ping from his bedroom. Without even a second thought he rushed through and unlocked his phone, looking at the text on it.

Unknown: hey, it's Louis, Tomlinson to be exact.

Harry instantly changed the contact name and replied back with a similar thing, not noticing the stupid grin that had plastered itself on his face. He and Louis texted back and forth before one 'x' became two, and two became three, and three became four.

"Harry? What on Earth are you grinning at?" came a voice from his door frame, he locked his phone and whipped his head around to see his older sister Gemma. "So? What are you grinning at, gotta be something special for Harry Styles to be smiling like that."

"There's this boy, it's nothing really." Harry grumbled and heard his phone ping, instantly he texted back and locked his phone again. "Really it's nothing, he just said something funny and it made me smile. That's all."

"Right..well, tea's ready if you want some. Unless lover boy is taking away your appetite too." she said with a laugh, they'd always teased each other.

With that she walked downstairs and Harry breathed out, Louis had sent him a picture of himself for his contact picture. It was such a pretty picture, he had a beaming smile and his eyes were more of an ocean blue than ever, you could see his little suspenders perfectly running over his shoulders. Harry saved it and set it as his picture, before sending one back to Louis.

He'd never felt this way around a boy since his last relationship, why now? What was so special about this boy that made him feel so happy? What was making him feel like he'd finally found someone he could fall in love with? What if Louis didn't even feel the same way?

With those thoughts running round his mind, he texted Louis. 'Would you maybe want to go out sometime? Just the two of us? xxxx' he locked his phone and anxiously waited for a reply, playing with his hands and his hair.

Sooner or later his phone pinged and he'd said yes, they planned to go out on Saturday night, just the two of them, to Harry's favourite restaurant and then back to Louis' to watch films and eat just pure junk. It seemed too good to be true, it seemed to all be going perfect.

Would it always be this perfect?
