Pazu strained and grunted as he shoveled pile after pile of coal into the engine.
The conductor glanced out the window with a worried expression, "Hey Pazu, here they come!"
And sure enough, here Dola came.
"Hey!" Pazu shouted. "Can this thing go any faster?!"
"This is the fastest she'll do!" The Conductor shouted back. "She's old, sir."
Dola was approaching the train tracks, and was nearly there. "FLOOR IT!" She cackled, shoving the current driving pirate out of the way and taking over the steering wheel. Dola crashed them right onto the tracks, and as the automobile raced down, the tracks fell apart behind them.
Dola was just behind the first empty mining car now, and Sheeta held on for dear life.
"Increase the speed!" The conductor yelled, "They're ganging on us!"
"We got 'em!" Louie shouted as Dola stood on the hood of her automobile, cocking her blaster.
"We need you in here!" Pazu yelled back to Sheeta. She and Pazu switched places. "Help with the fire." He told her.
"Okay." She replied disappearing into the engine, while Pazu pulled with all his might, trying to unhook the mining cars from the engine.
Finally it pulled free and Pazu braced his back against the engine and pushed the mining cars away with his feet.
The four mining cars crashed into Dola's automobile, but only slowed them for a second. Dola balances between the automobile and the first mining cart, before shoving it back into the engine.
Sheeta shrieks at the jolt forward, and Pazu gets in between the mining car and the engine, turning the brake to the mining car. He turned as hard as he could, but Bushy Beard and Louis were already out of the automobile, and were jumping from car to car.
Seeing the threat before Pazu, Sheeta grabbed a shovel from the engine, and threw it out the window- just as Bushy Beard and Louis were upon them. The shovel hits both of them in the face and they fall hard.
Pazu, continued to turn the brake, until finally it started coming to a stop. He grabbed Sheeta's hand as she pulled him into the engine, as the four mining carts came to a stop. Leaving the pirates with it.
"HEY!" Dola screeched. "HEY! STOP!" She reached out her arm like she could grab them, before falling miserably back down into the mining cart.
Pazu waved as they made their escape.
"YOU'LL GET WHAT'S COMING TO YOU!" Dola shouted after them, then turned to the boys, "Well don't just stand there!" She huffed. "Push these cars over the cliff!"
