Chapter 4 ~ I'm back

Your p.o.v:
"Hi how can I help you?"
"U-uh i-I" Gulp "I was just coming in to uh buy the shoes"
"Sure which ones"
"U-uh the ones that are on display over there"
"Ok"

(Alec's p.o.v)
I was restocking some new items when the 🛎 bell on the bench dinged. I went to see who it was. There was a girl standing at the counter. She had long (H/C) hair and gorgeous (E/C) eyes. She was beautiful.
"Hi how can I help you?"
"U-uh I-I" she said as she looked at me with wide eyes. Is there something on my face???
"I was just coming in to uh but the shoes"
"Sure which ones?"
"U-uh the ones that are on display over there"
"Ok"

(Your p.o.v)

Alec led me to the other side of the room and asked me what size I was. I said (S/S) and he passed me the box. I went back to the counter and paid. I was about to leave when he stopped me.

Alec's p.o.v:
This girl seems really cool. And she's beautiful. I think I really like her. This is my chance to ask her for her number.
"Hey...um.. I was wondering.."
"Yeah..?"
Breathe.
"C-can I have your number?..."

Your p.o.v:
OMG YES YES YES!!!!!!! Ok calm tf down Y/N
"Sure! Here you go" nailed it
"Thanks uh"
"Y/N"
"Thanks Y/N"

Alec's p.o.v:
Yes!!!!!!
As she walked out of the store I realised that I was smiling. I tried to stop but I couldn't so I gave up. This is the best day ever thought to myself.

Your p.o.v:
I put my new shoes on and did a little dance to test them out. I heard Alec laugh from behind me. I laughed too. I said bye to him and left the store. When I stepped outside I felt drops of cold water speck my face. I put my hoodie over my head and carried on home.

I smiled all the way home, and I sang like nobody could hear me. Every now and then I would jump in a couple puddles. I was suddenly interrupted from my singing though when I heard what sounded like deep laughing. I stopped in my tracks and turned around to see what it was, but there was nothing there. I shrugged my shoulders and carried on singing and walking down the street. Again I heard the laughing but this time it was right next to me.

I jumped. Darkiplier was walking beside me smirking.
"Nice singing"
"What are you doing!?"
"Don't you think it's about time to let [your dark side name] out?"
"Who?"
"Your dark side dipshit"
"Oh... I forgot all about it... wait how long have you been listening to me singing???" But he was gone. *sigh*

*time skip to home*

When I got home I was soaked. All of a sudden I was overwhelmed with my own stench. I realised that I didn't remember the last time I had a shower.
"Gross! WAIT DID I SMELL LIKE THAT WHEN I WAS WITH ALEC?!?!" I cringed.

I got a towel and started a shower. I took off my new shoes and slid off my clothes. I hopped into the shower and felt the hot water hit my back. I sighed in relief. I washed myself and hopped out. After I dried my hair and got dressed I brushed my teeth. I looked at myself in the mirror and again I saw something behind me.

This time I was able to see what it was. It was another me, well, in a way. She was crossing her arms and she was glaring at me.
"Do you know how long I've been in there?"
"S-sorry.."
"You should be. Now hurry the fuck up and get me out of here"
"Ok jeez"

I lied on the couch and closed my eyes.
