Jane was tired of being pregnant. At 38 weeks, she was home alone and hated it.

After Frost died, she received unexpected news that the one night stand she and Frost had ended with her pregnant, she panicked.

Maura had came to her aid and over the course of the last 35 weeks, the two finally admitted that they were in love with each other.

Jane kept in contact with Camille Frost and she was excited to be a Grandmother.

Now Jane was pacing in her and Maura's house, talking to her unborn child.

"Come on, can't you budge a little bit? Mama's tired of your feet in her ribs." Jane groaned as he moved again.

They found out that it was a boy, and decided on a name, but between just Jane and Maura, he was named Jericho Frost Rizzoli.

The only reason why they didn't have his last name Rizzoli-Isles was because Maura insisted that he was going to be famous one day and that "Rizzoli-Isles" would barely fit on the back of a jersey.

The front door opened and Jane felt a rush of excitement.

Thinking it was Maura, Jane waddled as fast as she could only to stop seeing it was her mother.

"Janie what have I told you about running around. You need to be resting." Angela said.

"It hurts with his feet in my lungs. I can't wait for him to be coming out soon." Jane groaned sitting down.

"Well, you're almost done. Hey, when does Maura get back from the conference?" Angela asked sitting down next to her very pregnant and uncomfortable daughter.

"Tomorrow night...and I hope that he comes soon." Jane said poking her belly.

"Well, he is a Rizzoli. You and Tommy were overdue, but Frankie was two weeks early. Maybe he's taking his time." Angela said.

"Well...ah. Ouch!" Jane grunted.

"What! Is it time?!" Angela said.

"No Ma, he's just repositioning himself." Jane said breathless.

The door opened again and Frankie walked in.

"Hey Janie, I brought you some of that...you okay?" He asked as he ran to his sister, who had made her way to the floor.

"Frankie, start the car, I think Jane's in labor." Angela said.

"It's not that. Ma, Jane can't breathe!" Frankie helped Jane sit up and called the ambulance.

"Doctor Isles." Maura says answering the phone, "Oh hey Angela. What? Okay, I'm on the first flight back."

Maura ran towards the door when the Chief Medical Examiner of New York, Doctor Melinda Warner, stopped her, "Maura, are you okay?"

"My girlfriend stopped breathing and she's nine months pregnant with our son. They're taking her in. I need to get on the first plane to Boston." Maura said before starting to run.

"Maura, I'm calling Captain Cragen. He's gonna get you a ticket." She called after Maura.

Maura ran into the waiting room.

Angela was sitting, holding hands with Camille. Frankie was praying with them. Tommy was pacing and Korsak was talking to a Doctor. He saw Maura and went over to her.

He began leading her to the doctor, "Jane's awake and is trying to push, but it's not looking good."

Maura met with the doctor and followed him to the room and found Jane screaming bloody murder.

Her hair stuck to her face and an oxygen mask was around her nose and mouth.

"What's happening?" Maura said.

"The baby's coming, but he's not moving forward. We may have to prepare for a C-section." Doctor Trace Martin said.

Trace Martin was a gifted doctor. He was an African-American man in his late 60s.

"But-" "Ow! God! Do it!" Jane cried out.

"Jane. Baby what-"

"Save. Our. Son." Jane gasped out before passing out.
