The concert was tomorrow! Lea hadn't shut up about it for the past 2 weeks. The tickets had arrived in the post a couple days before and I swear to god Lea didn't stop screaming for at least an hour. Everything was ready. Our outfits were hanging on the rail in my closet along with our tickets and shoes on the shelf. I walked into Lea's room. It was 1pm but she was still sleeping. She wanted to be wide awake for the concert tomorrow.

"You'll have a huge adrenaline rush anyway," I had told her but she just waved me away and went back to sleep. There was such a big difference between us, and you could tell from our rooms. Hers was messy and three whole walls were covered from top to bottom with one direction posters. Mine on the other hand was spotless with all white walls. I had nothing hanging from my walls apart from my collage of photos that hung above my bed. On one side of my bed was my dressing table and on the other was my desk that held me laptop. My chest of drawers stood next to my closet door. However, I did have posters and obsessions but they were hidden away inside my closet. The walls in that tiny room were full of Arctic Monkeys, Jake Bugg and youtuber posters. It was my safe haven that not one person knew about. I climbed over the pile of clothes by the door and sat on the desk in the corner.

"Lea!" I shouted, "Are you planning on waking up today or can I go to the movies alone?"

"You can go alone, I'm sick and I need to get better for tomorrow," she mumbled.

"Ugh, fine. I'll be back later," I left. I changed into a pair of ripped boyfriend jeans, a white polo top, my black Harrington and black vans. I put my backpack on and drove to the movie theatre. I stood outside and texted my friend Joe to ask him if he'd join me. He turned up about ten minutes later. We purchased tickets to the fault in our stars movie (which I had already watched 3 times) even though Joe didn't want to go.

"You're just not going because you're scared you'll cry," I teased. We went in and he did cry even though he completely denies it. After the movie we stayed out for Nandos.

"So are you doing anything tomorrow night because my brother's having a party and he said I could ask a friend? Lea can come as well, if you'd like," he asked. I sighed.

"I'm going to a concert actually," I told him. Me and Joe first a met at an Arctic Monkeys concert a couple years ago and we've been friends ever since because of our exact match of a music taste.

"Oh, that sucks. What concert?" he picked at his food. I couldn't tell him it was a One Direction concert, he'd lose all respect for me.

"Just some band Lea likes," I covered.

"Which one?" he pushed.

"One Direction," I mumbled hoping he wouldn't hear.

"What was that? Was that Lucina Forest telling me she is attending a pop concert of none other than One Direction?" he was in hysterics.

"Shut up! I'm going with Lea ok, I'd never go alone!"

"Ok then," we carried on eating. I drove home at 4:30 and Lea was sitting on the sofa with a bowl of soup watching The Perks Of Being A Wallflower. I greeted her and grabbed a bottle of water from the fridge before settling down next to her to watch the movie.
