I frantically looked around me, body shaking in fear. The crowds of zombies were limping towards me. Undertaker kicked away one that got too close, but another one had sprung on me. I cried out and instinctively set him on fire with my powers, scrambling away from him.

Undertaker smirked in amusement. Sebastian was confused. I drew a ring of fire around me and rose the flames as high as my body. Every part of me shook. I wished it was all a nightmare. I wished that Jane was there with me.

|Jane's POV|

A strong pang of fear rippled through me. Something was happening with (Y/n). I sat on the floor with only candles to light my room. Breathing deeply, I tried to grasp onto the fear to strengthen my connection with my sister.

Then I saw a flash of some luxurious hall and a fiery ring. Concentrating harder, I reached farther, groping for my sister. I gasped, suddenly reined back from the scene. My head pounded as sweat kept my hair stuck to my skin. I was exhausted.

"Any luck?" Undertaker asked, offering me a beaker of tea.

I accepted and drank heartily, sighing. "I'm getting better at it, but I need more time."

The mortician nodded in understanding. "Is there anything I can help with?"

"Any ideas on how I can not get exhausted so easily?" I asked.

"I might have an idea," Undertaker replied with a grin.

|(Y/n)'s POV|

The ship rocked and swayed while Undertaker fought in a three-way battle against Sebastian and the other two reapers.

"Who are you? What are you doing here?" Ciel asked me suspiciously.

I sighed. "Well, it's pretty hard to explain. I'm here by accident, and I really want to go back to my sister and husband."

"Is that so?"

Undertaker suddenly jumped behind us, grabbing Ciel by the collar. I stumbled aside, tripping over a piece of glass. I yelped, bracing myself for impact on the floor, but it never came. I looked up to see Jane.

"Oh my God, you're here!" I shouted, jumping up and hugging her.

She hugged back tightly. "I was so worried!"

"I thought I'd never see you again," I said.

A loud splash sounded and the boat was suddenly tilted forward. Jane gasped and grabbed me, jumping to the other side of the ship. I grabbed onto her, screaming in fright.

"What the hell is going on?!" she cried.

"We're in some alternate universe," I answered softly, watching Undertaker leap from place to place.

"Is... is that Undertaker?!" Jane exclaimed.

"Sort of. Everyone here doesn't know us."

The mortician landed next to us, looking at Jane with fascination.

"(Y/n), I'm holding a line with our world. We have to leave now or else the line will sever," Jane told me.

I looked to Undertaker and saw him look a little sad. He reached toward me but thought against touching me. Reluctantly, the mortician leapt off to the top of the ship, slicing it in half. I turned my attention back to Jane and gave her a nod.

With a flash of light, I found myself falling onto hard wood floor. I gave a groan.

"(Y/n)!" a familiar voice called, hugging me.

I smiled. "Hey, Undertaker."

"Ouch," Jane muttered, sitting up. "I think I landed on a candle."

I laughed.

"Thanks for the sympathy," Jane replied bitterly, though there was a slight humor in her tone.

"I just hope I haven't hurt the baby while falling," I said tiredly.

"What did you just say?" Undertaker demanded, excitement sparking his aura.

"Oh, right, I forgot to tell you," I said with a wide grin. "We have a little baby on the way!"
