Dancing In The Rain

Mikes POV

I came back from the washroom and looked down at a sleeping y/n cuddled up against Will. He really loves her. And I do too. I don't like seeing them together. It hurts me. But I could never tell him or her this. Will is my best friend and I can't lose him. I needed to talk to someone but I couldn't. No one will understand.

"Hey y/n. I know you're sleeping and all so u can't hear me. Which is great cause I need to confess something. I really like you. I might even love you. But I know you love will. And will loves you. And that hurts me but I'd never do anything to make you two break up or whatever. I can't see you as hurt as I am right now. You are very important to me. And Will too. Will is a good guy and he will treat you like the princess you are. But the second he starts treating you any different, you tell me and and I will set him straight. I love you y/n. You are so beautiful and sweet. You have a huge heart and smart mind. You are different but a good kind of different. And that's just one thing I love about you. I love your laugh. Your sweet calm voice. The way your hair sways when you walk and the way your eyes sparkle and light up when you look at something you love. I won't ever let anyone or anything hurt you. I promise I will always and forever be here for you. It will hurt me to see you and Will together. But I'm gonna get through it. I guess I'm fine with living with the constant pain of only being friends with a girl like you but if you're happy I'm happy. I love you y/n. Don't ever forget that." I whispered to a sleeping y/n. I laid on the floor giving Will and y/n their space. I laid there for a few second then I heard...

"I won't forget, Mike" there's that soft voice I adore. I look up to see y/n sitting up smiling.
"Hey go back to sleep okay? It's 3 in the morning." I told her
"I need to use the washroom." She replied as she got up. When she returned i was watching Full house. (Idk don't judge me)
"Look it's raining outside" y/n said cheerfully. I looked over at her and she opened the basement door and ran outside.
"Oh my god y/n are u crazy? Ur gonna get a cold!" I yelled as I ran after her. I looked at her and she was twirling around.
"I haven't actually seen or been in rain!" She yells still spinning.
"What do you mean?" I ask
"I was never outside when I was in the lab. They talked about rainy days and sunsets a lot and how beautiful and wonderful they are and I just never thought I'd see them in person." She replied facing me.
"Well then why are we just standing around?! Let's dance!" I yelled and grabbed her hands.
"Without music?" She asked.
"Who says we need music to dance" I said as I spun her around. It was pouring outside. Her hair was all wet and curly. It was very cute! She was so adorable! We stayed in the rain and ran around and danced  for a bit then y/n started shivering.
"Hey lets go back inside and put on warm dry clothes." I said leading y/n back to the my house. I got her some warm clothes. I put them in the dryer for a few minutes so they were warm for her.
"Thank you mike" y/n said as she kissed my cheek. I couldn't help but blush. She went into the bathroom and changed then I did once she returned.
"Mike I'm not tired." Y/n told me
"Me either. Let's watch a movie" I suggested. She nodded and we put on Farris buler's day off. (Idk how to spell it) half way threw the movie y/n fell asleep on the floor. I picked her up and put her on the couch with Will. She was very light. I covered them with a blanket and made a spot for me on the floor. I eventually fell asleep.
