Chapter 19

Y/N POV

Taehyung and I stared walking to the chicken from the place that Olive works at. What can I say, we love chicken. Taehyung went to go order food and I patiently sat at a table. While I was waiting for him to come to the table, I started playing with his scarf. I noticed that the stitching looked really familiar to me, then again it was a common stitching. But even the color looked so familiar. Before I came to korea I knitted Taehyung a scarf, but I thought it looked horrible so I never sent it to him. Renae told me that the scarf was really pretty and that I should but I didn't. I never saw it again after I showed Renae, but she told me I had given it to my ex, which made sense because I would sometimes give him stuff.

"I'm back with chicken~~~ oh you like my scarf?"

"Yea I do, it reminds me of one that made you but I never sent it you because I thought it looked horrible"

"Oh really? Well why don't you make new a one and I'll wear that one everyday. Okay?"

"Okay, by the way how long have you had it"

"Umm... almost a year"

"Wow, shall we begin our feast?"

"Yes!"

We opened the chicken book and slowly started to eat the chicken, I noticed that Taehyung's phone was going off a lot but he flipped it over so that way it wouldn't bother us while we were eating.

When we finished eating we started walking back to his dorm, but for some reason I felt like a lot of people were looking at us. Then again that could just be my anxiety, I noticed that Taehyung was on his phone while we were walking back.

"Tae are you okay" I asked.

He looked up at me and nodded but went back on his phone. I nodded and continued walking. I saw some street food and I wanted to try it.

"Tae, I'm going to try the street food that they have I'll be right back okay"

"Okay but please be fast we have to get home fast"

I nodded and made my way to the cart. The man was so nice to me I told him what I wanted and I patiently waited for my food.

"E-e-excuse me ma'am"

I turned around and saw a group of girls, I thought that I was blocking the the cart, "oh I'm sorry I didn't mean to block the cart". I said laughing and scooted over. Then another girl came forward.

"We don't care about the food we came to talk to you"

I was really confused, they didn't look like any of my students. "I'm sorry but I don't think I know you"

"You don't know us, but we know you"

I nodded still confused, "and how do you know me"

The girl scoffed took out her phone and was scrolling for something. I waited for her and checked to see if my food was almost done so I can leave quickly. I looked back at Taehyung and he was still on his phone.

"Yah, isn't this you" she shows me a picture of me and Taehyung at the chicken place eating and when he kissed my forehead when we were leaving.

"Umm...... I do-"

"Don't lie, I can't believe you dating Taehyung oppa" she said while looking at me up and down. "I pictured him with someone maybe I don't know prettier".

The other girls in the group nodded and started saying other things.

"Maybe someone skinnier"

"And someone who doesn't have a lot of freckles"

"Maybe he's doing it for pity"

The said all of my biggest insecurities, in-front of me. I wanted to cry. I want to cry. I started feeling my eye water.

"Don't you think she eats too much, I mean you ate a lot of chicken and now your eating again...... no wonder why your fat". The group of girls start laughing.

"Here you go ma'am" the older man handed me my food and accepted it and left quickly. I could still here them ridiculing me from a distance. I gave my food to some random stranger and started running. Taehyung noticed that I started running and he started to run after me. But since I run on the daily im slightly faster and can go the distance. Instead of going back to his dorm I ran to my apartment. I turned to see if Taehyung was behind me but I didn't see him.

I punched in my code to my apartment took of my shoes and went to my bed. My phone started going off but I threw it across the room, I don't want to answer anyone. The words that those girls told me effected me, I've been told that ever since I was young and i changed my life and tried to get better.

I started working out eating right yes I do eat a lot but I always try my hardest to work it off. I went from a size 20 to a size 12, I'm so obsessed with working out, I thought for once I looked good in my body. The those girls ripped it to shreds in a matter to two minutes.

I decided to go for a run because of what those girls told me keeps running through my head.

I got dressed to go running while I was putting on my hoodie I put my phone to charge and I took my iPod instead.

I went further than what I would normally do. Instead of doing 3 I did 5. On my way back I noticed that there was gym. I walked inside and joined the gym. Immediately i started working out on my stomach area, my sides and other parts of my body that I didn't like anymore.

By the time I was done it was 11:30 at night. I started walking back to my apartment, while I was walking back I looked up to the sky. I really admired the sky, stars and the moon.

I didn't want to go home just yet so I decided to go to a park and relax, to get rid of any bad energy I had. While walking back I decided that I should walk around the park to relax some more before I go inside.

After a short walk around the park I made my way to my apartment. I put in the code and walked into my apartment. I took off my shoes and noticed that there were shoes here. I walked to the living room and saw Renae and Olive passed out. I didn't want to wake them so I walked to my room got a change of clothes and showered.

After I finished showering I heard people talking, I quietly closed the restroom door and made my way to my bedroom. I got in bed because I was so exhausted and I didn't want to tell anyone what happened today. I slowly started feeling myself go to sleep. Then I someone opened the door.

"Is she asleep" Renae asked.

"I think so" Olive replied.

"I'll stay with her tonight you guys can go back to my place" taehyung said the girls.

"I'll just go to my apartment, Renae do you want to come" Olive asked.

"I'm staying here, Tae, she's my best friend and I know her better than one else. Thank olive but another time" Renae said.

I heard footsteps leaving which I'm assuming was Olive's.

"I'm going to sleep on the sofa do you know where she keeps extra blankets" Renae asked.

"Yea they should be near the sofa" he replied.

"Alright well goodnight, goodnight Y/N we'll talk in the morning".

I looked at Y/N and sighed heavily.

"You scared me today. You run really fast and I couldn't keep up. I checked everywhere for you, but it's like you didn't want to be found. When I told Renae she started freaking out."

I walked to the bed and hugged her, "tomorrow we have a lot to talk about but tonight let's just go to sleep".
