I shouldn't have... fallen in love with you

Two people standing on the driveway staring in the figure that is running to them.

"Ece! How can you do this to me? As soon as I am not here you go around in his car! God knows what were you doing!"

Small shiver goes down Eces spine. She feels Yagizs hand on her shoulder thightening. Jasin who seems to just have notice it jumps on Yagiz tearing his hand from Eces shoulder.

Just then Yagiz hits Jasin in his jaw. The anger is boiling in both of them. Jasin hits him back and the both fall on the ground not stopping hitting each other. Ece screaming: "No, please no! Stop! Jasin stop! Help! Somebody help! Stop!"

Then a few people from the street separate them. Ece first runs to Yagiz carefuly touching his face and trying to clean blood dropping from his lips with her shirt. She feels his soft lips and she can't help but imagine how would they feel on hers. She completely forgot about Jasin who is still behind her cursing both of them.

"You! You didn't even turn around to look at me! You are just like your mother! Blinded by money! I thought you were different!"

"No Jasin how could you say that! It is not what you think!"
"God knows what were you doing with him! You weren't home last night! I know Deniz told me! You were with him, weren't you?!"

She felt a small tear running down her cheek. That hurts. Why now? She trys to tell, to explain, but words are not coming out of her mouth. He says: "You do this to me and I love you! Shame on you Ece! Shame on you." He turns away and leaves.

The next thing she knows is that she's lying on the ground weaping. She hears, now well known, voice: "Get up. It is not worth it." She slowly gets up and he puts her back in his car. He slowly continues: " Why are you with him? He doesn't treat you right."

"He loves me."
"Maybe but he doesn't respect you."
Once again teary blue eyes meet the cold green eyes. She remains silent.
"Just love is not enough. If he won't let you speak and let you say your side of the story, he doesn't deserve you."

"Can you drive me home please?"
"Sure." And they remain quiet for the rest of their driving. But little did they know that someone was watching them and smiling: "Yagiz Egemen? Not bad, not bad at all. Finally she has found the right guy. Very well Ece, very well".

" I am sorry for everything that happened today. It was nothing your fault and yet you were a victim. Thank you, for everything. " She smiled.

He is now so cold: " Don't worry, it is alright. But you didn't tell me why were you running and crying when I hit you with my car?
Her smile faded :"I just...I just wanted to go home."

He didn't believe it but he didn't insist: "Alright, can you go yourself or..."
"No, please, no. There will be gossips, so no, thank you."
"As you wish."
"Thanks once again."
"You welcome."
He said that and drove away. She stood there for a moment and got inside the house followed by curious glares of her neighbours.

Yagiz POV
Poor girl. That guy is bad for her and she is so young. I can tell she loves him, too bad because that love will destroy her.
Why am I even thinking about her so much? Probably because she is my sisters age. Yeah, it must be that.Soon I arrive home. I am really mad about how Ece left the house and I think I know why did she leave it like that.
"Selin!"
"What? What is it brother?"
"What did you do to Ece?" In a moment everyone is standing around us, shocked expressions on their faces.
"Selin, don't lie to me! She was crying!"
" Since when do you care about her?"
I don't have an answer to that.

"Since she is a guest at this house. We treat guests with respect here."
"Well what do you want then? You don't live here!"
"Enough!" our dad says apparently very angry: "You are brother and sister! Don't fight! Your mother would be really sad if she was here. All you can think about are those girls and that woman!"
"But dad..." Selin says " No! Yagiz, you shouldn't care about that girl. She left and that is it. And you Selin, you shouldn't have fought with her. End of the story!"

Selin shoots me an angry glare and says : "I know why you care for her, brother" And leaves the room.

I stand there thinking: How can you know why I care for her when I don't know?
