Surprises
A few weeks after the whole Sam incident, everything has been peaceful.
Adam has been the best with me.
Jackson has been sweet and caring to not only me but with other people as always.
It was as if what I needed was to face my fear of facing my old pack and learning to accept that I wasn't part of their pack anymore but that I had mine. This was my new home, my new pack, my new family. This is were I belong and this was what I was meant to be. I was born to be this, a luna.
"Penny for your thoughts?" Asks Adam while laying on the bed next to me.
"Well I was thinking that I feel better, like I belong" I explain.
"You do belong" he assures me.
"I know I do"
We suddenly hear someone rush through the door.
"My mate is pregnant!" Screamed Jackson clearly excited.
"What?" Asked Adam with clear jealousy.
The funny thing is that Jackson is lying, his mate wasn't pregnant. I was, this is a unique plan to tell Adam.
"Yes, look" he said while handing Adam the ultrasound.
"This is very good, congrats" said Adam snarking at Jackson.
"Isn't it cute?" I asked.
"Aha it is" said Adam sounding really jealous.
I wait for him to realize the name on top of the ultrasound.
"Wait!" He exclaimed. "Why does it say your name?"
"I don't know, you tell me" I say.
"Holy shit!" Adam let out carrying me up.
"Its ours!" I exclaim. He brings me closer and kisses me as passionately as he can.
"And I'm out" said Jackson while leaving.
"I love you Astrid"
"I love you Adam"
