Brown is such a mysterious color.
It's the color of people's skin or eyes or hair.
It's a mixture of every other color,
Yet it has no spot on the color wheel.
We call it an Earth color;
Catergorize it with black and white and gray.
It's rejected from society and defined as "ugly."

Maybe that's how some people are:
A hodgepodge of everyone else.
The ones who should fit in everywhere,
But don't seem to have a place anywhere.
The athletic, funny, pretty, and smart ones.

I know this because I am one.
I'm the athlete who tries to make others laugh,
Who cares about how she looks everyday,
But also who cares about her grades.
I'm the one who simply just cares.

Everyone deserves a brown,
So I guess everyone deserves a me.
Problem is,
No one wants me.
