In The Dark.

•Tour bus (continued)•

We've been on the road for a couple of hours now, i think we're headed for Oregon. Everyone on the bus was asleep except for me, jack, zach , and brook. But me and jack were alone since zach and brook were in the bunk already watching netflix.

"I'll be right back, im gonna go take a shower." I said to jack who was sitting on his bed.
"Okay, but when you're done meet me in the kitchen." He replied

I got in the shower for about 15 minutes and got out feeling so refreshed and excited , i knew i was going to have fun. I mean whats better then being on tour with your Crush AND bestfriend?! thats right, NOTHING.
Anyways i put on some grey joggers and one of jacks hoodies i found on his bed just begging to be worn, i put my hair in braids and put socks over my feet. As i left the bathroom i walked towards the kitchen just like jack told me too.

"Wow you look great even when your about to sleep." He said with a smile.
"Not really , but thank you." I could feel my face turning red.
Before i could sit down to talk with jack i kept hearing brook and zach laughing so i went to the back.
"Ayo zach and brook, be a little quieter or come watch a movie with me and jack."
"Nah we're okay" Brook said while zach agreed.
 
I walked back to the kitchen and sat right next to jack.
"So what do you wanna talk about?" I asked.
"Anything, anything at all." He replied.
"Okay so i have one question." I said.
"Shoot." Jack quickly said back.
"I appreciate it and all but why are you being so nice to me and brooklyn?"
"What do you mean?"
"I mean you dont even know us and you just let us go on tour with you guys."
"Well  brooklyn because shes your bestfriend and because her and zach seem to be getting along perfectly fine" He said with a smile.
"And well you see i was cheated on, as you could imagine it gave me trust issues,  Just hurt me overall and so i just shut people out for awhile. But you.. i dont know , your just different in a good way. Its like i wanna just open up again...trust again." He said looking at me.
He looked pretty sad about that , it made me feel so bad. Whats the point of cheating?
"Its okay, im here for you. And forget whoever that hoe bag was, now you're on the road making music, meeting fans, and hey you have me :)" I said as i slowly grabbed his hand, he didnt even hesitate to do the same. I knew i was falling for him right then and there.
"Okay so now i have a question. So how do 2 beautiful bestfriends not have boyfriends?" (Him and brook clicked as close friends.) He asked.
"Well brook just has a lot of Insecurities and she always putting herself down, even though i CONSTANTLY tell her that shes beautiful and deserves it all. Im actually quite surprised she let zach in so quickly. And me well ive always told myself that love just isnt for me, if im ever finally happy it gets taken away, so i dont know i guess Ive just given up." I said.
"Well im beyond happy that brook and zach are getting to know eachother, zach seems constantly happy but i know deep down he really needs her like i need you. Im hoping you'll let me change the whole " Love isnt for me" Thing. He said.
"I wouldnt want anyone else too." I responded with a smile. We got up never letting our interlocked fingers loose, and went to bed.

    The next morning the boys had a show and something that was kinda bothering me and brook was the fact that all of these other girls would be kissing their cheeks or hugging them. Don't get us wrong we're happy for them and their supporters but still, who wouldn't be just a little bit jealous.
I think jack noticed.
"Babe don't worry im all yours" He said as he kissed my forehead.
"I know i know." I said back.
I trust jack with my whole life and that confirmation was all i needed. Looks like brook got a kiss aswell cause she could not stop smiling.
