After Jayden returned to the cabin to get some rest, I barely stayed in the water for another few minutes before hopping out and drying off. I forgot to bring a towel, so it was sun drying for me. Luckily the sun heated up my skin, so I didn't exactly suffer through too much discomfort. Sure, there was still a fair bit of shivering, but it didn't last long.
After finishing my drip drying, I was finally dry enough to head inside.

The inside of the cabin was deafeningly quiet, thanks to everyone being asleep. I crept over to my room, insanely aware of every board creak I made, before quietly slipping in, making sure to make as little noise as possible. I didn't know how how light anyone here slept, so I didn't want to take any chances.
The room was basically the same, minus the shirtless, and most likely pantsless, Jayden, already fast asleep on the bed. Well, here goes nothing. I quickly changed out of my moist clothing, into a set of dry underwear, before jumping into bed.
The bed was so very warm and comfortable. I made a mental note to keep some distance between me and Jayden, despite how very little I wanted to. All my instincts were screaming at me to just wrap my arms around Jayden, to just feel his body against my own. Even with those constant thought buzzing through my mind, sleep did quickly engulf me.

I woke up some time afterwards from my dreamless sleep, to the sound of laughter outside of the room. It was a fair bit darker, the setting sun casting the room in a soft orange, so I assumed I probably slept right through the day despite not being at all tired prior to jumping into bed. It was amazingly warm and inviting, after all. The blanket seemed to be embracing me lovingly.
...The blanket also seemed to have an arm.
My eyes shot wide open when I realized it wasn't the blanket hugging me, that the blanket hadn't miraculously grown a set of light olive arms just to spoon me, but Jayden, who must have started to embrace me while sleeping. Suddenly, I was painfully aware of everything. The closeness of Jayden, the feeling of his chest rising and falling slowly as he slept, the warmth of his body that radiated onto me... honestly, it sort of felt... perfect. Like the world had melted away and all that was left was the embrace that Jayden and I was locked into.
"Mmm..." Jayden began to moan lightly, waking from his sleep. I don't know what came over me, but something in me demanded that I acted like I was still asleep, so that's what I did. I shut my eyes and steadied my breaths, as if I was still in the unconscious land of sleep. I felt a bit of movement, that basically confirmed that he was awake. The room was deadly silent for a moment or two, before I heard a light, quiet chuckle. I expected to be pulled away from, or at least woken up so he could part from me as smoothly as possible, but no. Instead, the sweet embrace continued, though now he was resting his head upon my own. Crap. I hope he didn't notice the blushing that I was so obviously suffering under. I didn't know how to react. Or what was going on, for that matter. But whatever it was, it was perfect.
I didn't want it to end.
Or it was perfect, until I heard the sound of cameras snapping pictures and stifled giggles.
"This is hilarious" a voice which I was pretty sure belonged to Chris whispered as the sound of a camera shutter filled the room.
"We've got to post this to Facebook" A female voice chimed, specifically Vicky's, as far as I could tell.
"ugh... w-what?" Jayden mumbled, as he woke yet again, though this time in not such a nice way. I could feel how tense his body was, or at least I could for a second or two before he shifted out of the embrace. Damn. "What the fuck?!"
