Momo's argument with Mina leads her to observing how real couples should be
"Are you still not going to talk to me?" Momo asked Mina, who was sitting beside her on the kitchen counter eating breakfast silently. "Fine if your not gonna talk then listen, what's a real couple anyway? They're all different, What makes you think I'm not doing something right?". Mina only glared at her silently before getting up and walking away. Momo followed Mina with her eyes as she disappeared into a room until Nayeon passed by and her focus on the door had been interrupted by Nayeon's voice.
"Your Reason to Live is leaving " she called out loudly for all the members to hear cheerfully. Momo only gave her a slight chuckle and went to finish the rest of Mina's breakfast but stopped when she heard Jeongyeon's voice.
"Yah!, Im Nayeon, Where do you think your going?" She asked rushing towards her and placing her hand above Nayeon's to stop her from leaving. "I have a personal schedule, it's written on the calendar" Nayeon stated slightly confused at her girlfriend's current behavior. "Not like that idiot, it's cold and you'll get sick"
Momo only watched as Jeongyeon nagged at Nayeon and wrapped her up and too many layers. Nayeon didn't say anything but she smiled even when her girlfriend continuously called her stupid and every language she knew. Momo could only wonder if this is what Mina meant by "Real couple". Momo shrugged and continued watching as Jeongyeon made sure the scarf was wrapped properly before flicking her forehead and repeating the word "Idiot" and then wrapping her arms around said Idiot, Nayeon smiled releasing herself from the hug before flicking Jeongyeon head and saying "I'll be back Idiot".
Suddenly thinking about Nayeon being cold while working made her mind think about the time she was with Mina.
"I'm cold" Mina called out as they both walked in the dark hallway as they waited for Sana to finish her photoshoot so they could go home.
"Yeah, you should've brought a jacket" Momo called back sticking out her tongue teasingly while pulling her jacket closer to her. Mina was about to speak again but was interrupted when Sana yelled out to them telling them she had finished.
Oh.. Momo thought
Mina still hadn't spoken to Momo all day, instead asking other members to answer for her when Momo tried to have a conversation with her and to say the least Momo was very discouraged. She found herself going quiet at the dinner table, and barely touching her food which was very unusual for her. Mina noticed too, and she was having an internal battle with herself, as to if she should just forgive her girlfriend but she was feeling insecure about their relationship.
Mina had eaten pretty fast, not wanting to see her girlfriend like this but maybe Momo had seen it as Mina eating earnestly and had just ran out of food, so when Momo scooped meat from her own plate to Mina's and told her to eat a lot before playing with her food again, Mina and her other band mates had been quite shocked.
"Ooh Momo! You just gave up your favorite food, you must really like Mina unnie" Dahyun teased before doing the same with Sana unconsciously. Sana blushed but instead of teasing them back, she made eye contact with Mina. Mina finally smiled, even if the smile was covered with her hands, it made Momo smile.
"Of course she likes me, we're really a couple after all".
