Luke's POV

It's only a week before the class starts. And I haven't yet finished passing my requirements for my transfer. So I have to go back to Australia to get there all the files that I needed here.

I have already told my aunt and she already given me my passport and some money to spend. All I needed at this moment to do is to get ready and pack my things for the flight.

I gather all my things that I would need. I'm excited to see Stacey. I didn't told her that I  would be going there because first, I want to surprise her. Second, she was so busy when I tried to call her and tell her. I'm still wondering what she was doing there to keep her busy. All these past days were too cold between me and Stacey, too cold for our relationship. We know that a long distance relationship was really hard. But we also know that we can make it, no matter what. We have just have to keep the faith in each other, strong.

Faith. My faith for my girlfriend, for my Stacey, was strong. Fvck. I miss her so much. I don't want to stay away from her this too much distance, but I don't  have a choice.

Wrong.

There was always a choice, but I've just chosen the right one.

I stand up before I could think more and arrive at the airport late. I pick up my bag and run downstairs. There're Calum sitting in the couch.

"You already going?" He ask.

"Yeah and I think I'm late." Before Calum could speak, her mom was hastily run fron the kitchen.

"Keep safe Luke." She gave me a warm hug.

"Yeah, I will. Thank you." I smiled to her and she smiled back.

And with that, I waved goodbye to Calum and headed outside.

I will just take a cab to the airport. I patiently waited for one.

I arrived at the airport just in time. I just have to wait for the flight. I sit down on the waiting area. My thoughts fly again with Veronica.

I still can't believe what Harold told me. She should be here with me. I like to bring her to Australia. I planned it just before the I-almost-touch-her event happened. I want her to meet Stacey. They could be best friends, I think. Friends? You want your girlfriend with someone you also wanted? Are you crazy Luke? Probably yes.

My thoughts interrupted by the calling for the passengers for my flight. I quickly sat up and walked straight to the departure area.

The flight was fast. We have arrived at Australia an hour ahead. I was asleep for that several hours.

It is now past ten in the evening. The town was still awake. There are many people around the streets. Some of them are just hanging out. Eating. Dancing. Singing. They're so happy.

I miss this place. I miss this place where I  grow up. The place that witnessed my childhood. The place that will also witness my marriage with Stacey.

I look around for some hotel to stay the night. But I'm already excited to surprise Stacey. I can do it later. Or maybe Stacey would let me sleep in their house.

I get a cab and headed to my girlfriend's house. I can't help but smile when I  picture in my mind what will be the reaction on Stacey's beautiful face when she saw me right in front of her. Right front on her house.
