The sound of the ocean waves woke me from a deep sleep I had under water earlier.

I looked around. It was a beach.

I sat up from where I was laying down and it looked like I was the only one there on that beach.

Where was everyone else? Are they on a different part of this place? Are they still in the ocean? Are they, dead?

The gloom of death haunted me. No way would exo die in an airplane crash, they're too famous for that. While I, just an assistant manager is not seen by the public.

Where was everyone? Why did I feel lonely for the first time? No food, shelter, clothes to change, anyone to contact. Were we lost? Was I lost?

"Taeri-ssi!" I heard my name called. I immediately turned to see who it was.

Jongdae.

He was still in a life jacket walking in the waves with some fish in his hands. He had a smile on his face still even in a situation like this.

"Jongdae! Where's everyone else? Is it just you? Was anyone else with you??" I asked.

"It's just me. Like I promised I rescued you. But it's just us. I don't know where anyone else is."

After his sentence there was an awkward silence. The truth was revealed. It was only us in this place, there had to be people around.

"How bout we build a fire, eat, and make some shelter first before worrying about finding the others, yeah?" He said while rubbing my arm in comfort. He knew I was shocked to hear we were the only ones in the area known. Death was really an option now.

"Yeah, I guess we should. It is starting to get cold." I answered. All I wore was a pair of jeans, a t-shirt with a design, some running shoes, and a fleece jacket. My hat was gone and so were my sunglasses and everyone else's belongings.

.

Jongdae and I started to build the fire, and some shelter. As I found twigs and branches near the beach to make a house, he went to catch more fish to eat.

The thought of being stranded here without anyone knowing we were in this place was starting to haunt me.

Fear was really taking over my head. I was afraid. Afraid of death. I didn't want to die without meeting my family again.

We continued to do our tasks before the sun fully set over the horizon. The fire was built and high, the shelter was lopsided but big enough to fit two people, and the fish was roasted and ready to eat.

I sat down on the sand next to the fire so my clothes could dry faster as Jongdae cooked the fish.

"Taeri. We need to check around the place. The members could still be out there and our luggages too. We also need to see where we are. We clearly are on a beach but no civilization is around at all. I have a feeling this is an inhabited island." He said.

"Let's rest first and look tomorrow. It's dark anyways and who knows what's out there. This might be an inhabited island with undiscovered species and more dangerous things." I said with caution.
