"Hm.. I need to rest" I said letting go

I didn't know what the hell is going on.

Bertholdt's POV

Shit. I almost had her!

If I only I just hypnotize her when I had the chance!

I'm gonna get her tomorrow.

And I will kill anyone that gets in my way.
Right now, I need to go back, I'm injured as hell!

????: Why? Do you have any more plans?

Bert: no. But don't worry. I'll find a way.

Eren's POV

"You need to find him! You can't just let him get away!" I yelled at my phone since I'm calling the police

"Eren. Calm down, we know where he's staying" Christa spoke

I hung up looking at Christa with a grin face

"Since when did you knew?"

"Yesterday.... Don't worry, we're gonna go to the location and find him.. Are you coming?"

I stood silent

"I. Can't leave Annie, not again...."

"She can come too. Maybe she knows something, when the both of them were talking"

"No, it's to dangerous, Bertholdt is trying to kidnap Annie again. Just like when he tried to kidnap her before"

I sighed

"Any news about your mom?" She widen her eyes. Did something happen?

"What's wrong?"

"She escaped, and I don't know where she is now. But I know, she's out there somewhere"

"She.... Escaped?!"

"But! Before that. She was tortured, I saw everything. There was blood everywhere. I had nothing to do but to watch. What a cruel daughter I am....." She cried

"H-hey.. Don't worry, we'll figure this ou-" I was interrupted by her burying her face on my chest.

"I need your help Eren....." She sobs hugging me tighter

I pat her, hugging her back

"Where's, Armin?"

"He... He's mad at me, because.... I never told him that, I never told him about what's happening.. But please, let's not talk about it.."

She didn't let go.. What is she doing? What does she think she is?

"Chr-Christa, I.... Need to go" I said letting go

"Oh. I'm sorry, see you tomorrow then."
I nod as she leaves my sight

I took a deep sigh as I felt a tap on my shoulder, I turn around and saw Annie

"Annie? What's wrong?"

"I can't. Sleep, it's too cold" She said rubbing her shoulder
"Oh, really? Come, I'll let you sleep" I said leading her back to the room

We had to transfer to another room because the room before was to dangerous. Since Bertholdt jumped over the window and broke it, there was glass everywhere.

As we were inside the room, she quickly went back to bed and covered herself with the blanket

She was looking at me smiling. Cute.

I laid beside her as I start playing with her hair

"Eren. I'm sorry. For making this happen, this wouldn't had happen if I would just be careful, and. Listened to you" she sighed

"Don't apologize, its ok" I smiled

"Do you have any plans for tomorrow?"
"Hmmm, yeah."

"Oh. Ok" She closes her eyes as I started humming to make her fall asleep
While humming, I looked at her and smiled. She's so beautiful.

A few minutes later, she's now asleep. I can finally give her a kiss!

"Mwah" I said kissing her cheek

"Goodnight. My pancake" I said smiling before closing my eyes to catch some Zzzz......
