Marriage or hell?

Chapter 1

Adriana woke long before it was time for subhi praying tahjjud so when it was time for subhi she went to Fernan's room knocked on his door until he was up, satisfied with the fact that he wouldn't go back to sleep she head for her husband's  room not knowing if she was to go in and wake him or knock on his door to, she was still contemplating which to do when the door opened to show he was already awake.
    
        From the look of his well dressed state she assumed he had been up for a while, bring her suspended arm down she said her greetings 'as salamu alia kum' staring at the floor.

' Wa alikumusalam, what you standing here for?' he asked staring at her intensely, his cold eyes sending shivers down her spine 'i... a -am was about to wake you' she stuttered cheeks getting warm.

  
       His gaze still on her he asked 'what stopped you then' staring like he could see her very soul and that made her uncomfortable, her cheeks glowing a light shade of red 'i didn't know i was to go in or knock' she whispered her cheeks growing a darker shade.

    'Dad i want to go to the mosque ' Fernando said coming towards them, 'lets go then' his dad replied taking that as a chance to escape Adriana ran for her room.
   
     'Can i have a scrambled eggs' Fernan asked giving his new mum an adorable smile making his dimple visible, now how could she refuse that  'off course' she replied with a smile. He placed the drinks on the dining table and took a sit waiting for his new mom to bring in the food, she placed the dishes on the table then joined for the meal.

    'This is delicious, you are a good cook mum' said munching on his egg 'ma sha Allah' Adriana replied softly, 'Monica woul...' Leocadio started cut off by the door bell, he left for the door letting his step mother in.

         He lead her to the living room were Fernan was watching something about thunder man's on the x-box not even acknowledging her presence at all, Leocadio had long stop trying to make his son and step mother get along it was pointless to even try especially Fernan he just won't have it plus it didn't bother Leocadio one bit.
  Just as he was about to call her his wife appeared with refreshment, placed it on the table next to her exchanged greetings then his wife went to join Fernan  on the couch.

       Leocadio had left for work and Fernando for school leaving Adriana with her mother in law all alone.
 
    So they ain't close should make things easier, leo won't suspect a thing he'll think his wife came up with it. she thought she could mess up my plan she's got some thing real big headed her way.

    Monica watched as Adriana cleaned the dinning, living, bedrooms and kitchen keeping every surface clean and spotless then made lunch and served her mother in law who had demanded she call her Monica and thought of ways that would bring her plan into perfect play, i shall try make him hate her dishes that would be the first step.., Monica thought to her self knowing she had limited time before leo made his first trip out of the country, she knew this was going to be a busy year for him so she plans to use this to her advantage.
     

       Why did dad have to bring that old witch into our house especially when he would soon be leaving for America and a lot of other trips. The old hag's not going to leave and that's a sign of nothing but trouble, i might be twelve  years old but i know evil when i see it  and that woman's plain evil.
   
        Fernan thought glaring at his fathers stepmother he had refused to call her grand ma for reasons he hasn't shared with any one, though he had hint some at his dad who seemed to be picking up the vibes his begin dropping him. Staring at her as she kept her vulture eyes on his new step mother he wondered what she was up to ''obviously nothing good'' he muttered under his breath, making it his duty to keep an eagles eye on her right up to the moment when she leaves the house.
 

         ' I watched he had a meeting with his board members angry that he gets every thing way too easily and had things he didn't deserve and now he had something i wanted and am going to take it back from him and more he better watch his back' the man thought an evil smile bracing his face as he thought of that day. Shaking hands with leo he left knowing he was getting closer and earning leo's trust or so he thought.
