Jillian ventured forward into the bushes. That blue light seemed to be coming from a ball of fire - except that it was blue, instead of a fiery red or yellow. It didn't seem like there were any aliens about, but in this place one could never be sure. Filip almost shouted out to Jillian to come back, but he felt that the aliens might just hear them if they were anywhere nearby. Jillian cautiously neared the ball. On closer inspection, it looked like a sliced open football with buttons and whatnot inside. She was about to bend downwards when she thought she heard footsteps ahead of her. She looked up, but everything was still again. The silence was a bit stiffling- and it was strangely warm out there. A murky smell was coming from somewhere. Jillian looked up, trying to locate the source of the smell. And it didn't take long. Her sharp eyes spotted some blood to the left of her. They seemed to have gone into the bush. But what she saw on the other side of the bush was both gross and frightening. A dead animal was lying there. It looked like a deer......but Jillian had never seen a two headed deer, either. It lay beheaded, it's eyes wide open....in fear.....staring at Jillian. Jillian almost retched and backed away. Just then she heard the others screaming behind her and heavy footsteps. Craning her neck, she caught one glimpse of a few aliens coming that way. She couldn't see the others.....They had probably run away.

"Guys?Guys?? Where are you???" she called out. No answer. However, she thought that she saw someone in a red t-shirt running past a canopy of trees and bushes. Could it be Filip? He was wearing a red t-shirt. Jillian wasted no time in following that path.

Meanwhile, Mr Williamson searched around the house with a torch in his hands. He couldn't get where to begin. There was absolutely no way of contacting anyone.....Or was there anyone left to contact? Mr Williamson didn't want to think about it . Eventually, he set off towards which he thought was north. He tried to use to compass app on his phone, but strangely it wouldn't work. He proceeded into the deep, dark forest.....into the unknown....where he hoped to be united with the kids....alive, he hoped.
