STATUS: Best friends or Mutual friends

Once, there were 2 grade 6 pupils. They were Raphy and Margaux. They're best friends. Margaux loves storytelling, singing, and dancing while Raphy loves doodling/drawing, reading, and guitar playing. They go together every recess and lunch time. Margaux has a crush on Raphy but she doesn't want to ruin their friendship so she chose to hide it. In sitting arrangement of their class, Margaux is far from Raphy. 1 row and 4 columns apart. Raphy always talks to his seatmate Cheska whose also a friend of Margaux. Cheska told Margaux that she has a crush on Raphy. What Cheska doesn't know is that Margaux has a secret crush on Raphy. When Margaux knew that, she got worried, confuse, and lonely. She tried to control her feelings but, Raphy is so nice and kind to her. She didn't tell Cheska that she has feelings for Raphy. Everytime Raphy and Cheska talk, Margaux gets a little jealous. One day, Cheska and Raphy fought because Cheska is the type of girl who's sensitive, judgemental, and jealous. Cheska told Margaux about what happened and asked for some advice. Margaux said "I think you should give him time and space because sometimes I see you talking to him a lot. I know him. He don't like that okay?... Sooo, what do you think?". "I think you're right. Thanks huh :) I'm so thankful to have a friend like you", Cheska said. She followed Margaux's advice. After a few days, Cheska felt sorry to Raphy for being sensitive and Raphy accepted her sorries. It was recess and of course Raphy and Margaux bought their food together. After eating, Margaux went to Cheska to ask something. "Hi Cheska. Are you done eating?", Margaux asked. Cheska didn't answer. She's just looking at Margaux so badly. "Cheska are you okay? Cheska. Cheska..". Cheska ignored Margaux. Margaux left and told Raphy about what happened. "You know what, you're right. Sometimes, I get irritated by her also eh.", Raphy said. Margaux and Raphy decided to stay away from Cheska for a while. Few days past, Cheska spread gossips about the two (like their in a relationship, they always talk about her, and that they hate her). The whole class didn't believe at Cheska (except for Grace- Cheska's best friend) because they know the background of the two since PRESCHOOL. When Margaux knew about the gossips, she got mad. She told Raphy to stop their friendship for a while because she is being affected by Cheska's lies. Raphy cried and begged Margaux but, he can't see his best friend suffering. So he agreed Margaux. They say that the person whom you love the most is the one who'll also hurt you the most. So yes, Raphy has a secret crush on Margaux. 1 week past, Cheska went up to their class adviser, Mr. Styles. Cheska said *with a crying face* "Sir, may I talk to you?". "Oh Cheska, of course. What happened? Why are you crying? ", Mr. Styles said. "Sir, Margaux hates me. She's bullying me. She pinch, slap me, and pulls my hair. I'm not doing anything to her but, she always do those things to me.", Cheska said. What Mr. Styles doesn't know is that everything that Cheska told him were lies. Mr. Styles comforted her. The next day, "Good morning class. I have something to tell you. Margaux Miller,please stand". Mr. Styles announced the issue. Margaux didn't defend herself because of shockness. She and Cheska cried while everyone was looking at her. Mr. Styles left for the class' next period. Margaux just sat down still crying with a straight face. Eunice, Jules, Jennifer, and Raphy comforted Cheska. Raphy said "Just stay away from Margaux. Don't worry. I'm here for you." . It's their P.E class. Margaux told Paula, Danica, Jhustine, and Patricia how hurt and mad she is. She asked Paula to ask Raphy if he is mad at her so Paula talked to Raphy. "She's so selfish. She threw how many years of us being friends because of her insecurities. So please Paula. Not now.", Raphy said. Paula ran to Margaux and told her what Raphy told her. Margaux said "I can't believe they can do this to me. They want it. I'll give it to them.". Margaux ignored them. She got a little jealous but she controlled it (Margaux is a woman of pride, dignity, a winner, and a fighter). Until one day, Raphy asked Paula if Margaux is mad at him. Paula said "Yes Raphy. Do you think after what you've said to her last week, she won't be mad at you?". "Huh? Why is she so sensitive. Now I prove to myself that she's not a good friend.", Raphy said. Paula defended Margaux saying "Really? Well for your information, you don't know her that much. So don't judge her.". When Margaux knew that, she got mad and confronted Raphy. When Raphy knew his mistakes, he felt sorry for what happened. Margaux herself, know that she has also mistakes so she said sorry. They hugged and became best friends again. Everytime Cheska see them close with each other, she looks at Margaux madly and badly. Same situation about Raphy and Margaux being together, Cheska realized that she don't have a chance to separate the two so she confronted Margaux and finally, Margaux told Cheska that she has a crush on Raphy. Cheska said "Really? You should've told me that earlier. I'm sorry Margaux. Can we still be friends?". "Why not? Of course. I'm so happy we're back :)" Margaux said. They graduated and Margaux and Raphy will go on the same school *Highschool* in Manila. They still have no idea that they have secret crush on each other :)
