"Y-You did... You do...?" Severus asked blushing more and more as he processed all that Violet has said. She liked me before? Does she still? How did I not notice she liked me before? Severus had so many questions he was sure he would never know the answer to. "Yeah, yeah I do Sev. I never told you because I thought you were into Lilly..." Violet said regrettably which hit Severus hard "I-I was... But she doesn't like me. For understandable reasons." Violet just nods not wanting to push the subject further. "Violet... I-I was hoping maybe we could, if you would like to that is, if we could... Well be together?" Severus said sheepishly mentally cursing himself for sounding stupid. Violet took his hand smiling "I would love that Sev." Severus smiled the biggest smile he could give, filled with pure happiness and love. The two ate their lunch in silence, holding hands, just enjoying each other's presence and went through the rest of the day as normal. When they finished their classes before dinner they met up and took a walk to the Great Lake. "It's beautiful out here." Said Violet looking at the sky watching the clouds pass by. "Not as beautiful as you Violet." Severus pointed out making Violet blush. "Stop it... I'm not that pretty." She said and Severus looked at her incredulously "Not that pretty? Violet you are the prettiest thing in the whole world. Just like Violets in a field, breathtaking." Severus told her making her blush more. "Wow... I didn't know you thought about me that highly." She said simply and Severus put a hand on her cheek and brought his face close to hers and said "That isn't even an inch high." and kissed her.
