Because her closed third eye prevents her from having deep thoughts and she acts on impulse alone, Koishi has no filter. For instance, if someone smells bad, most people either wouldn't mention it or whisper it to them when no one else is listening, but Koishi just yells out "YOU SMELL LIKE VINEGAR!" Or if someone got a new haircut and it doesn't look good, most people wouldn't mention it or pretend they like it, but Koishi would say "Wow, that haircut is so ugly, it would make blind people cringe."
