Unlike Mokou, who is basically constantly smacking herself for drinking the Hourai Elixir 1300-odd years ago, Kaguya actually enjoys being immortal- or, at the very least, she tolerates it. Since she has access to TV and computers (via Lunarian technology that can pick up the same signals as modern-day TVs and connect to the Internet), she doesn't really find being immortal to be boring, since television and the Internet both provide her with entertainment that constantly churns out new content. (In the days before she discovered she could use her Lunarian view-screens to watch television, Kaguya spent most of her time sleeping and writing poetry.) She doesn't have to worry about the "having to watch all my friends die" thing either, since she doesn't have many friends to begin with, outside of her friends at Eientei.
